2 cups plain yogurt
2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries or kiwis) Optional: Food coloring (blue, red and green)
FOR THE MOLD
8 ice pop sticks
8 paper cups
aluminum foil
DIRECTIONS
* We recommend having a parent or guardian help you with the instructions below.
1. Place a little bit of the yogurt, fruit, and a teaspoon of honey into a mixer. (Make sure any frozen fruit is thawed before used).
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Taste the mixture and add more yogurt, fruit or honey, if needed.
4. Pour into paper cups or molds, filling them 3/4 full.
5. Repeat for each Ice Pop.
6. Cover up the top of the cups with aluminum foil.
7. Make a hole in the center of the foil covers & insert the popsicle sticks.
8. Place them in a freezer until frozen solid, which will take 4 to 5 hours.
9. Take off the foil and peel off the paper cups.\
10. Eat your Ice Pops!
TO BRIGHTEN THE COLORS, TRY THIS!

* Aqua: Add 1 drop of green food coloring and 5 drops of blur food coloring to the kiwi mixture.
* Lavender: Add 2 drops of red food coloring and 2 drops of blue food coloring to the strawberry mixture.
COLORFUL BALLOON TAG
You will need:
At least 3 players
At least 3 different colors of balloons (we suggest lavender, aqua and maroon!)
A parent or guardian to referee
A whistle
String
1. With the help of a parent or guardian blow up the balloons and secure one to the ankle of each player using a piece of string.
Note: There should be at least 1 foot (30 cm) of string between the balloon and each player’s ankle.
2. Once all players have their balloons ready, the referee blows the whistle to start the game.
3. The players have to chase each other and pop their opponent’s balloons by stepping on them. The player with the last remaining balloon wins!
ARTS & CRAFTS
MAKE A SNOWMAN IN ANY WEATHER!
You will need:
4 pages of newspaper
A bucket full of warm water
2 large buttons
6 small buttons
Glue
White paint
Safety scissors
1. As a parent or guardian to help you cut the newspaper pages into thin strips of roughly one inch (2.5cm).
2. Mix the strips of paper into the water and allow the paper to soak for two minutes.
3. Form it into ‘snowballs’ with your hands. For each snowman make a small, medium and large snowball.
4. Stack the snowballs on top of each other, big on the bottom, small on the top, like a snowman!
5. Place your snowman in the sun, then wait a few days for it to dry. Once your snowman is dry, paint it white and allow some time for the paint to dry.
6. Finally, glue on the buttons to make the snowman’s eyes and mouth. Use one large button for each eye and a row of small buttons to form the mouth.
