Greetings Penguins!
Everyone seems to be excited about having a new play at the Stage and we thought an interview with someone who did some of the writing for it would be in order. So without further fuss, here's the scoop on [insert ghosty sounds here]: The Haunting of the Viking Opera! (Don't be scared. They're not super scary ghost noises...)
Tell us what it's like to write a Club Penguin play from the first idea until you see it on Stage.
It's epic! It starts with an idea like: "Hey! How about a play about Vikings?" and starts snowballing. One minute you have a script, then suddenly you have costumes, a set, music, the works! It's cool when an idea comes to life.
What's the coolest part of this Haunting of the Viking Opera play?
Well it's sort of like "Vikings versus Ghosts", which is a tough one to call. Ghosts are spooky, but Vikings have those pointy-helmets. Both are exciting, doing ghost-y and Viking-y things. Oh man, could you imagine a Viking Ghost? I think I just scared myself!
Do you think Vikings ate candy?
Most definitely. I'm pretty sure that's what the Vikings in the Operas were singing about in the first place: how much they love candy. ;)So grab your friends and solve the mystery! The Haunting of the Viking Opera will be at the Stage until June 11.

…on the cave floor we fond a rubber duck…lets try the Cove Readerharper suggested…

…we Teleported us to the Cove…KLUTZY! Readerharper shouted and quickly runs after him…

…Readerharper came back…I missed him! That's okay I said Klutzy is quick and really hard to catch…

                            …Our Spy Phones started to ring…

…Hi Agents I just got an report that Herbert is in the Pet Shop go there immediately……We teleported away…THERE WERE HERBERT! Thanks for coming Agent Tom Brady356 whispered…How can we catch him Agent Charliewotx asked…Lets try to surround him Spider880 whispered back…Slowly now…we spread out around Herbert…

…I can smell Puny Penguins coming closer MOHAHAHAHA…Herbert laughed and runs out the employees door…Oh NO Readerharper said we missed him AGAIN!…

…That's it for Today Spider880 said Were going on a coffee break…I can stay here in case Herbert is coming back Tom Brady356 volunteered…Thanks Spider880 said keep up the good work Agent…

…The rest of us waddled over to the Coffee Shop to rest and talk…Likealoy worked Today and made us warm tasty chocolate and coffee…

    …Naiyagirl, Thea177 and Blizzfull1 listened interested to us when we told about our Adventure and Thea177 served us all ice cream…All we got was some fur Spider880 ended…I must report back to Gary Spider880 said…I follow you I said…

    …We found Gary in HQ looking at the Monitors…Together we told him all that had happened…Sorry that we failed our Mission Today…

..Sorry? why? Uncle Gary said you didn't fail you did a Good job today…your observations is of great interest! Herbert leaving clues for us to follow and makes paw prints on purpose……interesting indeed! it is like he is playing with us…It looks like Herbert starting to take after us Penguins and having FUN…this is of interest indeed!

   …So we succeeded with our Mission! Thanks Gary we Happily said :)

…Ohh I almost forgot I said we found some fur…That's Great! I needed some more of this for a test I planed to do…I was just on my way to assign some Agents to find fur now you have saved us all the trouble…Now I will start my experiments…Do you need any help? I asked…Not right now Thanks for your Good Work I will soon contact you again…Gary whistled a happy tone and waddled to the Gadget room ready to work…

…I said bye to Spider880 and started to walk home…I guess my Puffles are hungry now…

…When I come home HERBERT and Klutzy were in my Flower Garden…Ahumm Bye Herbert said and run of with a BIG bunch of FLOWERS!

…I don't mind Herbert can have some Flowers I have so many but it had been nice if he had asked…I wonder what Herbert is up to? After the help I got from Klutzy I put out food for him in the garden every day…

…Then I heard Herbert…NaNaNANaNaNa…You will Never catch me…I laughs and shakes my head Sometimes Herbert is so Childish :) Not Today I shouted back…Not Today…but wait until Tomorrow…        …I waved and went in to feed my Puffles still Laughing :)
