Club Penguin is not some small homemade online game where you can accept having this amount of bugs and it is not a beta version either! Club Penguin with Disney behind is a multimillion dollar company and We have the right to Expect better Quality and Professional Behavior from their side!
If you think it is time for Disney Club Penguin to start deliver what they promise, fix all the Bugs and give Members what they are PAYING for you can report Disney Club Penguin to the consumer agencies or consumer rights organization in the country where you live and then Club Penguin MUST start to Listen!! TOGETHER we can make Club Penguin BETTER :)

It has taken your ENTIRE team VERY long to notice multiple glitches! (cant log on glitch took over 2 days to be fixed) You accused OUR computers to have the issue . Multiple penguins emailed you SEVERAL times saying they had done ALL of the instructions you gave us , Yet your team had IGNORED our EXACT words and told us to repeat the steps AGAIN! club penguin is NOT in the beta stage you should not take over 2 days to fix a glitch without INFORMING other penguins it was YOUR fault about half of my younger friends were IN TEARS asking me what had happened to club penguin. If this problem happens again i may recommend canceling my 6 month club penguin membership and go find a NEW virtual world such as weeworld , minimonos. etc.

You would really think the club penguin would at least TRY to fix the problems, but No. I kinda miss the days were penguin can just chat nonmenbers still were able to get glasses and shirts. With all the money cp has you would think that they could hire better people for them company and keep up with all of the bugs. I KNOW club penguin can do better than this! And tell you the truth, if cp start to be a little more nicer to nonmembers the number of kids on cp would increase.
All because we are just kids doesn't mean that we can't use logic and smarts to see whats going on.

I miss the old Club Penguin when I was a non member and had so many memories. :'( 2007-2008 were the best Club Penguin years. 2009-2011 the fun started to decline. How I miss my old friends and old memories! :(

I couldn't agree with you more Saraapril I miss the old way of taking care of our puffles!! Now I find it really hard to know when my puffles are hungry as before it was easy I could just look at their playercards!! I agree with the bugs as they are starting to get out of hand and they are everywhere!! Thanks Saraapril and keep on blogging!!

I just noticed in the red puffle video the penguin surfing is using the flame board, but he also has his puffle too!
I have yet again found ANOTHER club penguin false advertisement do you notice in the cart surfer puffle ad the penguin has clothes on while playing yet we arent allowed to have clothes on?

hey sorry to bother u but for some reason i went on cart surfer, had a total of 475 coins then went home to buy stuff looked in the catolog and it knocked my coins to 25!thats not all it said -1 wells so i clicked on it and it brought out a well that i did not pay for! so i checked inventory then it said -2,-3 etc. please ask Club bug to fix this! I will not use items i didn't pay for! and it did it to the half lollypop and the clover balloons. SCREAMZ! now when eva my puffles sleep in the green puffle bed they turn white and the same thing happens when they play wth the green scracher!!!!! whatz up with Club penguin??????
THIS IS HORRIBLE! HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO HAVE FUN ON CLUB PENGUIN LIKE THIS! I SAY WE ALL E-MAIL CLUB PENGUIN ABOUT THIS THAT WAY THEY HAVE TO ANSWER AT LEAST ONE OF US! I HATE THE PUFFLE DESIGNS! PUFFLES MIGHT NOT EVEN GET HATS SINCE THE COMMERCIAL IS UNTRUSTWORTHY! THAT JUST MAKES PUFFLES EVERYWHERE COLD! Okay, I have to calm down. The puffle things are BAD! I can't if a buddy comes into my igloo anymore! I also miss seeing what puffles do with the foods. Only the bubblegum (And toys but I mean food in this sentence) still shows ANYTHING outside of the puffle close-up! We won't even be able to see whaqt NEXT YEARS PUFFLE does when it eats a cookie! Who here agress this is so far the WORST thing Club Penguin has ever done with puffles?

Club Penguin are not really using their brains. They think kids won't notice the bugs or problems, but look at someone like you, Saraapril. You notice all the bugs and problems. Club Penguin should really get some new helpers, because boy, they need all the help they can get!
I know! Club Penguin needs to realize that just because we are kids doesn't mean they can do anything and make us happy! Now I understand why the mod named rsnail quit CP! I noticed a horrible bug that has to do with my buddies. When I was playing with my friend I wanted him to become my CP buddy, I only had 98 buddies. I sent him a request and it said "Sorry, you may only have 100 buddies"! Club Penguin has gone downhill ever since Disney bought the game. I remember a time when members were getting what they paid for, and non-members had more rights! I hate how CP takes so long to even figure out that there are some bugs even when tons of us are sending them our bug reports! They don't notice the bugs until they get out of control! I miss the PSA and the old HQ! Saraapril you have the best blog I have ever read. Thank you and keep writing. P.S. I found an annoying glitch that when you type question mark or exclamation point, you cant type any more words after that. I also noticed that a penguin I reported for swearing was on the same server the next day in the morning! The mods are doing pretty bad at their jobs. Thz again!
