Club Penguin Login Problem Still Not Solved!

More than 25 hours have passed and Club Penguin has still not solved the problem many have to login to play Club Penguin Club Penguin is DOWN! BUG!

These steps does NOT solve the problem: clear the Cache, reinstall the Flash Player, trying different Web Browsers, restart computer and so on…

One of the problems are that Club Penguin’s many Web servers that are used for load balancing are not synchronized and on some of these servers there are one or more faulty or old files making it impossible to login!

That is the reason why it sometimes works to login to Club Penguin and sometimes not because when you try to login you don’t end up at the same physical server every time!

Club Penguin really need to solve the problem with unsynchronized servers! This is also a reason why sometimes the face paints work and sometimes not Blue and Red Face paint Glitch! We had the same problem during the Holiday Igloo Contest and this has been a problem for more than a year without CP solving it! Club Penguin website Server Problems!

This is a huge problem and Club Penguin should inform all users about the status both on their Blog and on the Home page and then they should make sure to solve this before they release any new Features!

Dear Club Penguin it is about time to address this issue this will NOT go away by itself! It is Good that you are adding new features to the online Game but first you must Ensure that the Basics work and if you want children to keep playing Club Penguin it is necessary that you make sure that we can login!

If CP doesn’t start to take this and other bug problems seriously and actually fix them they will loose lots of members me included!

UPDATE: I could Login to Club Penguin and take this Photo Then I logged off and Tried to Login again but I couldn't! Sigh…No comment…

UPDATE: Ignorant and Unprofessional answer from Club Penguin!

FACT UPDATE: March 3, 2011 I got the login problem bug and March 8, 2011 Club Penguin posted that the pesky login bug is squashed but that was NOT TRUE! And Today March 13, 2011 the login bug is STILL not solved! BUT Club Penguin doesn't seem to care at ALL!

  1. I agree they do really need to sync the servers! It's unfair to those who can't get on (i'm also one of them...:|)and I emailed CP and they said "clear your cache" though I did put "I already Cleared my cache" in the email in bold letters. I hope they fix it soon!! 8(

  2. OVER 25 HOURS LATER AND NOT FIXED! THATS IT! MY CONCLUSION WAS RIGHT! CP IS STARTING TO GO CRAZY! THEY BETTER (AND I MEAN BETTER!)FIX THIS PROBLEM! IF THEY DO NOT FIX IT BY THE SEVENTH (THE DAY THE PET SHOP WILL BE REMOLDED 1 DAY EARLIER THAN SAID) I WILL GO WITH MY IDEA TO MAKE A NEW FORM OF CLUB PENGUIN IN THE FUTURE (It will host otters instead of penguins). THIS BUG IS TO ANNOYING! IF IT LASTS ONE MORE DAY THEN I WILL MAKE A HORRIBLE POEM ABOUT IT AND THEN E-MAIL IT TO CP!

  3. YOU'RE RIGHT! This is absolutely terrible. Club Penguin is going to loose many potential costomers with this issue. This is really damaging their product image and discourages costumers from purchasing their merchandise. It's amazing that with SO much money, they still can't manage to fix this problem... :(

  5. I agree with you! This is getting ANNOYING! WE WANT TO GET ON CLUB PENGUIN! THEY MIGHT LOOSE ME IF THEY KEEP ON HAVING THESE GLITCHES! THE FIRST TIME I WAS LIKE, "Oh! It's only gonna be down for ya know, an hour or two!" BUT THIS IS DREADFUL!

    I think CP may have not synced their servers. I think it only works in some countries. I went on and everything was working absolutly fine.

    I sent club penguin a reply e-mail and told them to look and READ all of this post! AND COMMENT So you AND everyone can KNOW that this isn't our problem. Come club penguin! STOP BEING LAZY and WORK. If you even need to stop updating. What ever is easier for CLUB BUG. :D

  21. It sometimes works for me after i play it like 4 or 5 times it does that bug so i clear my cache and wait am hour and it works like a charm i stay on very long because of this bug-rockkong3

    Maybe you should try on a Spanish, French, or Portuguese server. It might work then.

  25. I logged in once last night, enough to buy clothes...but then I went to my igloo to feed my puffles and I got logged out, face to face with blue screen.
    What irritates me is that the servers that are popular were 5 bars as always so either this problem only occurred to me, you, and a few others as a "problem with our comps." or they don't want to admit they don't and won't sync. their servers...
    During the time I was on, my sister tried to log in but had to blue screen and I was like, "I'll get logged out within 5 minutes,"

    They need to sync. their servers! Seriously, it's bothering me! It went back to the Island Adventure Party when I came out of Hydro Hopper and saw the decorations...logged out to tell my sister and BAM! Nothing, but everyone else saw it...
    Then more parties, like the Wilderness Expedition, I saw no start at the Dock like everyone else...
    Then the messages via spy phone came, none until they fixed it...
    My friend had the Music Jam start a day later on his comp...but had it end a day after it was supposed to, making others think, "He's walking on walls!" and such...!

    Sync your servers CP!

    Guess what?! I e-mailed Club Penguin about this problem and clearly wrote: "I HAVE ALREADY TRIED CLEARING MY CACHE." And guess what they answered to me!!!: "Please try Clearing your Cache" C'mon! I guess they only read "I can't login to Club Penguin"!
    They didn't even bother to read my complete e-mail!! I'm so disappointed...

  29. Hi Saraapril I had the idea of updating your web browser. It works. You should try it. I'm POSITIVE that it works. I wasn't able to get on for like 3 or 4 days and I updated and it WORKED!!! I was like WOO HOO!! Please try it. Tell other people too. Thanks for reading my comment Saraapril.
