Ignorant and Unprofessional answer from Club Penguin!

Now it is more than 45 hour Disney Club Penguin started to have the login problem See Club Penguin is DOWN! BUG!

Here is the email I sent to Club Penguin it took them over 40 hours to reply so during that time I resent the email 8 times while waiting for an answer:

Hi
I still can't login to CP! I have cleared the Cache and reinstalled the Flash Player and I STILL can’t login to Club Penguin! And I have tried different Browsers! I have No Problem at all to play other Online Games so this Bug is on Club Penguins end!

Finally I got an answer from Club Penguin:

Dear Saraapril,
We appreciate that you have taken the time to email us to let us know about the problems you have been having with Club Penguin, we would be glad to help you. The issue you are describing with the blue screen loading sounds as though you need to clear your web cache. To clear your internet cache, please follow the steps for your web browser located at this link:
http://support.clubpenguin.com/help/technical/clear_my_cache.htm
Once finished clearing your web cache, please completely close your web browser to be sure all of the old files are removed, and then open your browser again to visit Club Penguin. If Club Penguin works then no further action needs to be taken.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

And by the way this is NOT an ISP (Internet Service Provider) related Problem! I have also tested the Browser Safari and get the same problem!

To Club Penguin: You Have to FIX this! As a PAYING Club Penguin Member it is NOT ACCEPTABLE that I only RARELY can login to Club Penguin!

UPDATE: March 7, 2011 Club Penguin Team is working to Fix the Login Problem!

FACT UPDATE: March 3, 2011 I got the login problem bug and March 8, 2011 Club Penguin posted that the pesky login bug is squashed but that was NOT TRUE! And Today March 13, 2011 the login bug is STILL not solved! BUT Club Penguin doesn't seem to care at ALL!

  2. Club Penguin Never read our emails! As a Club Penguin Blogger I have emailed Club Penguin over 100 times and each time they have failed to show any sign of actually reading my email! It is an absolute disgrace!

  4. Everyone is having this glitch but it happens at different times for everyone so some have this glitch now but others have had this glitch in the past.

    To properly answer your question. The problem you're experiencing WILL be fixed soon! According to my calculations, you've had this problem for 42 hours so don't worry, it takes at least 48 hours for the bug to be fixed.

    It's an absolute disgrace that Club Penguin Support isn't replying your E-mail. Could it be that Herbert has taken over Support Services? This requires further investigation.

    Make a complant about this and how they are not doing their job!

    Saraapril dont make a friendly deal with them, Complain and maybe be a little bit mean!

    And if they dont answer correctly,
    Say you want to talk to Lane Merrifield about this because,

    They aren't doing their job!

  6. I know! To see if they really DO READ OUR E-MAILS! Send a question at the end! If they answwe the question unrelated to what you E-mailed them about, then we will know that read it or didn't read it!

  10. Why doesn't Club Penguin ever read our emails?! Although I can log in... SYNCHRONIZE YOUR SERVERS!!! I also saw my friend Johnny 115 yesterday so this is obviously an unsynchronized servers problem.

  11. I was able to log in on my first try this morning...I must have gotten a lucky try. Now, it takes me like 12 tries to log in. Saraapril, how hard is it for you to log in to CP?

And I agree we need to investigate but I don't think we should blame Herbert for this he wasen't the one that Hired and Trained the Club Penguin staff...

  16. This was okay before, but two days is too much! I really want to get on Club Penguin! To add on top of that, I can only play on the weekends and I am a paying member! Club Penguin needs to fix this soon or else!

  17. club penguin should give refund per day they have a log in bug a dollar per day if this goes on any longer for you saraapril theyd ave to give you a full refund

    when i give two ideas in one email they only says thanks too one and ive given 100rds of idea ^_^ if tey have skateboards for penguins and rocket powered skateboard for members thats my idea

Saraapril i gotta tell you to things thanks for following me on twitter and DONT LET THEM FOUL !! i have contacted clubpenguin multiple times I had emailed them saying My coin code was already used when i bought it the same day and made sure they're wasn't any mistakes.. well they said write down the info and email it from the email you use for the penguin( i did) and they said you need to fill this out so I redid it and they just kept telling me that i didnt get ANY refund. - mrsmurrell

  21. I feel sad for you Sara April, but also I'm so mad at the clubpenguin staff once I e-mailed them about a bug and they still said clear your cache I just wanna go up to their face and say Learn too read CLUB BUG team! Disney is really being bad to us, but I can login but... Yeah

  22. I know, you don't know how many times I've included that in the email and they said it :|. This time, I capitalized it and bolded ad underlined, and I got a different answer...maybe it will work for you too? I haven't tried it yet. They said to give the following info:
    - Who is your current ISP (Internet Service Provider)? - What type of connection do you have with your ISP? (DSL, Dial-up, etc) - What operating system are you running? (XP, Vista, Mac) - What Browser are you using? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) - What Security Software do you use? (McAfee, Norton, AVG, etc) - Are you using any parental control software? - Do you have a router? If so, what is its make/model? (Netgear, Linksys, etc) - If applicable, it would be helpful to know what type of cable modem/DSL modem you have.

    Honestly, I'd have to ask someone in my family what all this means...
    like how am I supposed to understand? Well, I hope this works, about to try it!

  23. I honestly think that Club Penguin support is absolutely terrible! How can a $700 million dollar company not afford to hire a USEFUL support team? This is disgusting and this needs to be fixed!!!!!!!!! :( I'm so sorry and I hope this issue gets fixed IMMEDIATELY!!! D:

  24. I remember once i sent clubpenguin an idea for an art party, i got somthing about clearing my cache back. I also gave some ideas for feild ops, i got a membership thing. OH MY GOD.

  27. I had this problem a week ago. Somehow CP now works for me. Some people must get it before others. I once sent an email to club penguin and they didn't explain EVERYTHING i wanted to know. Maybe they are just to busy making improvements to CP to read our emails.

  28. Yeah, this is the problem about Club Penguin. Although they get loads of e-mails, they don't care enough to read! They just go to cue words or just have an answering bot (maybe). I'm mad about this.

  29. I have read your blog for ages, and felt it is right for me to comment about this.

    As long time member of CP (since 2006) I have sent bucket loads of emails. Every time i have sent an email I AM NEVER SATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE!! I'VE ONLY BEEN SATISFIED ONCE, AND THAT WAS WHEN CP REMOVED SOMETHING FROM MY ACCOUNT AND HAD TO GIVE ME IT BACK!

    I am furious about this and I really think that you are speaking for many of us with your inspirational posts Sara.

  31. This is what The Club Penguin Team would probably do if I sent an email to them saying "Do you ever READ our emails?" They would probably reply back saying "Oh all you have to do is Clear your Cache and then you should be able to play Club Penguin..." I'm really disappointed in The Club Penguin Team... Sigh.

    One time during the puffle party i told them about how the map wouldn't work if the room was full.They replied back saying stuff about Cadence and that and did absolutely NOTHING about what i had said! Luckily i met Cadence!
