Took a look into this crab guy in Puffle Launch. Spotted him, but he got away. All I know for sure is that it's NOT Klutzy.

It's been a long time since Jet Pack Guy has sent a message. I wonder what he's been up to. Maybe flying around cp looking for signs of Herbert. OR maybe he was captured and couldn't use his spy phone because of him OR maybe he DOES have new crab helpers or Herbert took his phone and hid it and Jet Pack Guy found it. Either way, I'm happy to hear from him! Waddle on!
