…Nothing happened so I logged off and cleared my Cache when I logged in again I still didn't get the Phone Icon that indicates a New Message BUT the Message was there anyway! Okay Uncle Gary I will read the New Club Penguin Times Newspaper as soon I get it :)

I think that they're TRICKING Herbert! He is waiting for a new party, so then he comes out and the agent catch him!
It cannot be the Earth Day Party as that was ALREADY announced. Maybe a Pirate Party or an EPF Party? The did say lots coming up for agents...
