If you want these items you can trade the medals you earned during Field-Ops Assignments to get them :) Dark Vision Goggles 2 Medals (many Agents already have this item) Blue Power Cell 4 Medals, Canister Camouflage 4 Medals and Sneak-ers 2 Medals :)
