I have good News and Bad News…The Good News is that My White Puffle IcePrincess is back home :) Puffle missing from my Igloo BUG! BUT It was NOT easy to get her back as Club Penguin first REFUSED to do so and claimed that we only can have 19 Puffles! AND that they couldn't find any Proof of that I had Adopted her!
…I proved them wrong by showing them the Adopt a Puffle catalog were it says that we can have 20 Puffles adopted! It is AMAZING how little the people that Work on Disney Club Penguin know about the Game!
…AND then I showed them a Picture of my Puffle IcePrincess Adopt Certificate!
…With these Two Proofs Club Penguin gave in and my Puffle IcePrincess came back :) BUT here is the Bad News: Her Adoption Certificate has now the Wrong date on it!
…Sadly Club Penguin REFUSES to fix this! I have emailed them many times but they only keep coming with lame excuses like these quotes:
“I'm really sorry but we aren't able to change the date on your Puffle Adoption Certificate; it is not a tool that is available to us”
“I understand that you would like us to change the date on your puffle IcePrincess' adoption certificate, however this is not something that we are able to offer to any penguin account. Neither our technical team, nor I, have the ability to do this in our tools.”
“there is currently no available option and/or feature that will allow either us, or our hard-working Tech Team to update the adoption date on your puffle IcePrincess. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please know that this is the same for any other penguin on the island, as we are unable to update their puffle adoption dates as well.”
“Due to the functionality of how this feature was programmed, we cannot change the date on your certificate. Here at Club Penguin, we have an incredible team of highly skilled people who tirelessly work around the clock…”
What Club Penguin doesn't care about is that when they add a date to something in the Disney Club Penguin Online Game that date becomes important! ALL Penguins that lost their Puffles due to CLUB PENGUIN’S BUGS should get their Puffles and Certificates back if they ask for it!
…Club Penguins attitude is unacceptable! Remember we are PAYING to Play this Game so DON’T take away and destroy things for us!
…What will be next thing their Bugs DESTROYS! How old our Penguins are? Pin dates? Something else? Time will tell…
…Club Penguin claim that they have an “incredible team of highly skilled people” and that can NOT BE TRUE as this date on my Puffles Adopt Certificate is very simple to fix and is Basic Database knowledge (I could easy fix this myself if I had access to Club Penguins Computers)
This is an example on how someone with SQL knowledge can make the update of the date in the database
UPDATE puffletabel SET adoptiondate = '2011-03-07' WHERE penguin = 'Saraapril AND puffle = 'IcePrincess''

Saraapril, you made a typo. At the end, in the coding, you put IcePrinsess, it should be IcePrincess. Hope this helps. :)
This is really horrible! We should get the stuff we deserve for the money all members pay! I think parents should call in Club Penguin or something like that....
Saraapril i had the same bug too it must be for everyone like they said! I think it was smart of you to show what you could do to fix your puffles date cause some cp people read your blog! But sadly Club Penguin has gone to far! They even make membership higher
Disney has lots of money for cp but they use it for themselves! HEY CP IT WOULD BE NICE TO THINK ABOUT GOOD PENGUINS LIKE SARAAPRIL!

Exactly! Im Tired of the bugs and "new" stuff. This is why i might quit. Club penguin isnt the same. With the EPF, new newspaper, new puffle card, and bugs! I hope cp will get how it use to soon.

omg the same thing happend to me!!! 8 of my puffles just randomly went away and never came back! i didnt even get a nte sayng they went away or even get my coins back!!!

Good for you Saraapril! First, for NOT giving in to CP's lame excuses & proving how it could be fixed. Second, whenever CP takes something away/holds back on a PAYING member it is FRAUD. They think because we are kids that we do not have rights. Please tell your parents to email, write CP and especially government & consumer agencies in your country. The more COMPLAINTS that are registered will keep investigations open aginst Disney/CP. Shame on them for their greed & lack of performance!

i had cp up in 1 tab and your blog up in another and while reading this post i discovered my red puffle sport boy has gone missing as well please tell me how to fix this thank you i really need my red puffle back NOW I ONLY HAVE 19 PUFFLES WHY WHY!!! Saraapril you are EXTREMELY smarter than all of the Club Penguin Team combined! When you grow up (if Club Penguin is still in business). You should work for Club Penguin! You would be WONDERFUL at it!

BUT i had to re email them the name of my puffle
i am not sure if my ddate is right on it i'll check
with all these bugs they should give out free puffles to every activated account!

I agree that this is ridiculous. The Club Penguin Team should read this so they know to hire better people. I've e-mailed them about a stamp book bug at least a week ago and still haven't gotten a reply. This is why I have discontinued my membership because of all the bugs. Other similar websites (Like Pandanda for example) rarely have any issues. I hope that you get your issue fixed soon!

The same thing happened to me! Except, I never got my puffle back! :( His name was Puff and he was yellow. It was before there was brown puffles so max amount was 18 puffles. I had 16 but then when I walked Puff, I logged off after I put him back in my igloo. When I logged on the next day, he was gone! I told Club Penguin, and they said "I'm sorry about your puffle running away but I cant give you back your puffle. I suggest adopting another puffle and reading about how to care for it." I responded back saying "But he didn't run away! I never got a runaway postcard! He just disappeared after I logged off for the night!" And they said "Well, it must have been a bug where you didnt get a postcard, but it still ran away and we can't give it back." But I responded saying "I made sure that he was full health! Puffles don't run away when they have full health over night when I am logged off!" I never got another reply. I got a new puffle but I am disappointed with Club Penguin.
Te thing you said about pin dates, I had a pin bug. I had the black and green puffle pins, but they disappeared from my inventory! I had contacted the support but they never responded! After about a week and four days, I finally got my pins back! Luckily too, because it was the last day of those pins.
Yeah, uhhhh.... Bugs HAVE been on pin dates... AND penguin ages... You can REALLY tell the future...
