In the New Penguin Style catalog we can buy a Medieval Banners Background and on it we can see Banners in Blue, Yellow and Red :) I think we will get these Banners at Igloo Decorations and Tabards and Shields in these Colors too :)

Saraapril, I see a coincedence. Last year that gave out the orange, purple, and green flags- the secondary colors! And this year's theme is red, blue, and yellow- the primary colors!
