This is a Message from Billybob:
Hello Penguins,
Some of you may have encountered a bug with some neck items today that resulted in your account being automatically banned for 72 hours. We apologize to those of you that were affected by this bug.
The bug is now fixed, and the team has removed the bans from the accounts affected.
We appreciate your patience with this.

UGH! Ok, I changed my mind. Club Penguin needs to start fixing the bugs. The other bugs were fine but now, this bug had crossed the line! Luckily, I wasn't a member to purchase anything and I don't play Club Penguin anymore. But they need to get it together and FIX THE BUGS. Other less-popular games have little bugs to NO BUGS. While Club Penguin, a wildly popular game, has a TRUCKLOAD of bugs to be fixed.
I don't wanna stand here and watch Club Penguin leave posts about the Music Jam, catalogs, the EPF, or even bugs! I just want them to fix the bugs before the bugs get worse and possibly ban someone forever.
Club Penguin is a 0/5 star game who doesn't know the real quality of games. They don't LISTEN to you. They don't RESPECT you. They don't HELP you. They don't do ANYTHING.
So Club Penguin, you better be fixing those bugs now. Members pay money for a good quality game. So FIX IT.
