Hello Penguins, For the first time since Club Penguin started, we've decided to change the price of new memberships purchased in US and Canada. Starting on July 13th, the new price for a Club Penguin membership will be $7.95 a month, $39.95 for 6 months and $59.95 for 12 months.
The new price is only for NEW membership purchases. If you already have a recurring membership, you'll keep paying the old price as long as you stay a member. You'll also be able to use membership cards with the old price if you have them.
(You can click on the Penguin to see different outfits and on the N in Night Club and mouse over the Coffee Shop door)
Ever since we launched Club Penguin, we've released tons of new games, features and special events, and donated millions of dollars to charitable projects to help kids around the globe. The new price will allow us to create even more great content that will make Club Penguin even better. We can't say too much yet, but we have some really exciting new things planned for you in the coming months!

I understand that everything gets more expensive and that you might need the money BUT the fact is that there are WAY too many BUGS in Club Penguin and I think it is wrong to raise the Membership price BEFORE you have got control over and FIXED the Bug situation!

Well, at least some of the money is going to people in need!
Unless the BUGS STOP, I will be happy to get a Membership but if it doesn't, there's no POINT because we don't get what we pay for.

I think Disney is making Cp worse I hate that they made the membership raise money a lot! luckily I'm from the UK.
Now I will never get a memebership! This is NOT FAIR!!!!! Why do they need money? They are owned by Disney! Or is Disney to busy shoving expensive membership prices down our parents throats!! I might quit Club Penguin because everyday, non-members get less and less rights!
Hopefully they fired the lazy workers. I'm getting tired of them saying "Clear your Cache" all the time. I kinda get the membership prices now. Billybob is saying they need money for better content. That means Photoshop. You have to pay for Photoshop. And I know how they can get rid of the bugs, bring back CPIP.
Hey, that penguin thing is from the old CP website before they changed it! Also, did you notice that when you clicked on the N in the old homepage it turned into a black superhero mask, but now it's a ninja mask? Cool change!
