The Gold Anchor Pin can right now be picked up at the Iceberg if you waddle on it as normal BUT a Bug make it possible to pick up the Pin on another spot at the Iceberg too!
…I tried with a Test Penguin and we can pick up the Gold Anchor Pin down here too!
