Each week we get asked all kinds of different questions. Here are 3 questions we've heard lately:
How do I edit furniture in my igloo?
- Click the item you want to move, and then use your arrow keys. There's more info about this here: http://support.clubpenguin.com/help/help/your_igloo.htm
Why am I stuck at a blue, black or white screen?
- Try clearing the cache on your web browser to get the latest files. You may have to do this a couple times. Here's how: http://support.clubpenguin.com/help/technical/clear_my_cache.htm and How to clear Cache in Club Penguin :)
- It's worth clearing your cache every week. You might run into problems less often by using free browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Make sure you ask for permission before you install anything.
Is Rockhopper coming to the Adventure Party?
- Check the telescope at the top of the Lighthouse for a hint...The Migrator Spotted :)

Hmmm…I want to know why you don’t FIX all the BUGS in Club Penguin? And why you keep adding MORE Bugs to the Game! Can you PLEASE answer that?

This post is really helpful to new penguins. Saraapril, I got some EPF Trading Cards! I tried to put the code in and it says "You'll be able to redeem this code in July 21. Please come back then!" I wonder whats going to happen! I can't wait to redeem it!

I agree with ADAG2000. Every game has glitches/bugs, it's all accidental. CP is always trying, but we don't always see it. :)
Billybob (aka Lane) is sure writing alot but it's ALL TRIVIAL. He should've been on top of FIXING BUGS & writing about things all along! Funny CP raised membership a RIDICULOUS $2/month after NOT paying for domain, screwing up medeviel party, plus ongoing history of major BUGS & awful support staff, SO NOW HE DECIDES TO WRITE? Blah Blah Blah Lane how GREEDY CAN U BE?

First of all, Lane isn't greedy. Do you know how hard he works? Second of all, Billybob wasn't the one who let the domain expire, Disney did. Billybob doesn't fix the bugs, either. Tech team does. Your blaming everything on Billybob when you should be thanking him for everything he does for CP!
