The problem to Upload Coins from our Herbert’s Revenge Nintendo DS/lite Game and transfer them to Club Penguin online game that I posted about May 14, 2011 is still not fixed! Upload Coins Bug!

I understand you're experiencing some issues uploading coins from your Nintendo DS game, Herbert's Revenge, to your online penguin account. Unfortunately some players have been experiencing these issues, however it is a actually problem with Nintendo's servers that we are affiliated with. This issue is ultimately out of our hands but we really hope that it is fixed soon! Thanks for understanding.

I have a Game Club Penguin Herbert's Revenge and usually I can upload coins I earn in that game to my online Disney Club Penguin account however for a long time now I get the message Coin upload failed
I have confirmed that my Wi-Fi connection is working as it should.

…The strange thing is that this is NOT the first time we have this Problem I blogged about that in February 12, 2011 Upload Coin BUG! Interestingly that time Someone solved the problem so why could they fix it back then but not now?
…Disney Club Penguin blame Nintendo and says THEY have to fix this and Nintendo says that Disney Club Penguin is the one that should take care of this! In the mean time I that have PAID for this Feature is without what I PAID for!

To be honest, I hope it's Club Penguin. Or at both. Lol. I hope it'll be fixed soon. Actually, BOTH games aren't working for me so it could be Nintendo.

WOW. Club Penguin has SERIOUS issues. Why can't a multi million dollar company manage to maintain a few servers for their own products? If it is Nintendo's fault, why can't Club Penguin call Nintendo and settle the problem! I honestly am starting to believe that CP is run by a bunch or pea-brained fools who don't know how to run a company. Instead of raising membership prices, CP should fire these fools and hire some COMPETENT people to run their company. Shame on you Club Bug!!! >:(
It could be both CB (Club Bug...I meant Club Penguin!) and Nintendo. I don't know, because MAYBE CB has a bug to prevent us to transfer, or Nintendo. But, both... I can't think. Usually it's CB that causes the bugs, but we cannot sterotype it is them, that would be unfair... I don't know who to blame...

NOOOO!!! MY TWO FAVE THINGS GOING HEAD-TO-HEAD!!! I've liked Nintendo since I got my Wii and Ds, but Club Penguin has improved. Both are multi-million companies, and each provide something to do with a computer screen! At the same time, Nintendo hasn't damaged any Wii's or made any Ds' crash! Club Penguin lost their domain name, brings out catalogs late AND won't let people use coin codes. So for that, reason, sorry Club Penguin, YOUR the blame!! :-)
Nintendo - If it CP's Game on a Nintendo DS then Nintendo has more responsibility over the game. :)
I Don't think its fair to blame anyone because if theres an update on CP, surely something else is turning into a bug because it does not work well with the update. And also a multi-million company is not perfect therefore CP shouldn't have to be perfect.

I am sorry to hear, but on my Club Penguin Herberts Revenge DS game and Club Penguin Elite Force, I can only send only one amount of coins to my Online CLub Penguin Disney account each day. So I send the 2000 coins. But then the next day I can send another amount of coins. From your friend 1w34e :D PS I am sorry that ClubBug has produced so much bugs that have made you unhappy and other penguins unhappy, your a great friend Saraapril and I hope to see you soon on ClubBug lol!

i think i have the same problem. i entered the code and set up the wifi.
but whenever i try to go on wifi, but it keeps on saying error code! im actually big fans of both companies too! so maybe its both companies.

I agree with Mariobros980. Nintendo's products are all ok all the while, I haven't had any problems with the Wii or DS (minus the transfer coins), so I believe it is Club BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUG! Yeah, both r rich companies. Sides, the results are either: Club Bug... I meant Club Penguin OR Club Bug and Nintendo that are at fault. It is so hard to believe Nintendo would be the cause, because before, it was all ok. Yeah, so I think Club Bug is the cause.
I think it's CP. I think they changed something ontheir site, not allowing us to send coins to our account. Nintendo's internet connection is fine. I think it's CP's fault.
The only thing that bugged me with that game was the fact they put the Missions I can play online on the game!
Hmmmm Club Penguin a website with... I don't know A MILLION BUGS, also with staff that is stupid, idiotic, and horrible. Or Nintendo very few bugs, with a PRETTY reasonable staff. Hmmmm... CLUB PENGUIN IS THE CAUSE OF THIS!!!!!

It's possible it's Nintendo because neither of my DS games can upload and Game Day won't work either. Club Penguin though should be able to a least call or Billybob could say something about it!

I think its CP's Fault, I have bought 6 systems from Nintendo and they never broke or anything. Club Penguin always messes things up with catologs and bugs and never corrects them.

Technology is experiencing having mishaps and problems, but club penguin's ammount of bugs is just plain annoying
Um...I work for CP (I gotta say love the blog saraapril) but some of these comments are kinda mean and hurtful and go against club penguin rules of not saying mean things and (hopefully) saraapril's wanting of peace and niceness. Also some bugs and problems aren't that easy to fix. You may think you found the simple solution but it is not that easy. And for the record we are fully competent and we do have feelings so lighten up on us. We're human we make mistakes
I'm thinking that this is Club Penguins fault. This just adds to all the other bugs and glitches... *sighs* VERY annoying, indeed.

Saraapril I just wanted to tell you I LOVE your debates! Honestly, Nintendo should be able to fix this quickly if it was their problem, as they are console designers and should know more. I have always doubted their customer service, as they are ONLY customer service. I think Club Penguin is responsible for this, due to so many bugs lately.
