I can’t add Gary SOLUTION :)

After all the FAILED attempts to add Gary to my Friends List I decided to do some Testing! I used my Test Penguin (not visible in any of these Pictures) and I had no lag or any Problem and could quickly waddle around in Club Penguin and that as I have blogged about earlier is a MAJOR problem with my Saraapril Penguin! Thanks to the help from Martin8647 I soon found Gary and earned his Stamp :)

…I had no problem to click on the Add Friend Button icon…

…Would you like to add Gary to your Friends List? Yes Please :)

…DONE! My Test Penguin is now Friend with Gary the Gadget Guy :) And LOOK! On the Friends List Gary is Tagged as Offline BUT he is clearly in the Room! BUG!

…and Gary’s Player Card doesn't load! BUG!

…I Logged off and logged in with Saraapril instead and I immediately got MAJOR Problems! I got Stuck and Notification Spammed and couldn't move! Sadly I missed Gary! I saw him for a second when he left the Server BUT I couldn't click on him!

…What do I learn from this? The Bug problem where I can’t add Gary to my Penguin Saraapril’s Friends List has NOTHING to do with my Computer, Flash Player or Browser and I DON’T need to clear my Cache! This Problem is on Club Penguin’s Side NOT Mine!

How can this be Fixed by Disney Club Penguin?

For now Stop ALL the Notifications Including Puffle Notifications to my Avatar Saraapril and the problem will be solved and then I FINALLY will be able to PLAY and add Friends in Club Penguin again! Then you can Optimize and Stabilize your System so it can work as it should with smoothly notifications updates that are not causing problems!

Message to Club Penguin Tech Team: Now when I have helped you with this Testing and problem identification can you email me back with a suggestion how to add Gary to my Penguin Saraapril?

Happy Halloween Puffle Hats - Reviewed by You :)

Happy77 here. Hope everyone's having a Happy Halloween! The team's been busy catching bugs and ghosts while munching on candy at the office today. ;)
Remember our last Reviewed by You blog, where Billybob asked you to describe the weirdest Halloween puffle hat you could think of? Well, we picked one comment from each language, and an artist drew all four of them!
On the English blog, Aguon1 had this idea:

My idea would be: a spider puffle hat. It would be brown and it would have the legs and the head on it. It would have the eyes on it the would be big and gloomy. It should also have a buggy mouth on it and have black stripes on the legs.

In French, Gopinoo had this clever idea:

For me, the spookiest puffle hat ever would be a hat in the shape of a jellyfish but with snakes instead of tentacles. Waddle on!

In Portuguese, Elvis524 left a suggestion that I thought was quite fabulous:

I guess the best Halloween hat would be something like a mountain with trees and the Living Sled on top!

In Spanish, Layla6765 made this amazingly creative suggestion:

The most terrifying puffle hat would be weird but creepy. It would be a mixture of a witch hat and a zombie hat with a unicorn or Pegasus horn to make it silly. The result would be a witch hat with gears and scars and a horn on the top. It would be funny to add stars to the horn.

You had so many wacky creative ideas! Thanks for all your fun suggestions, everyone. :)

I LOVE ALL Games where we can bring our Puffles with us BUT if I must choose a Favorite it will be the Aqua Grabber as I LOVE the Underwater World and how cute the Pink Puffle looks like in her Snorkel :)

I can’t add Gary BUG in Avalanche!

Once again I found Gary and ONCE AGAIN I couldn't send a Request! Gary was just on his way to go and said: There is a situation that needs my attention! I Agree! PLEASE Uncle Gary can you contact me so we can solve this Bug TOGETHER?

…Gary the Gadget Guy left and I kept his Background open to see if the Add Friend Button would react but NO!

…I’m HAPPY for those of you that Gary Add BUT I wished ALL Penguins that meet him got added! THANKS for the Flowers :) As you wish I will add my Igloo on Map so we can have a Party :)

Club Penguin Friends List EPIC FAILURE!

Once again I met Gary this time in Avalanche and once Again Club Penguin FAILED so I couldn't add him to my Friends List! The Friends icon didn't react when I clicked on it as Earlier!

…it is not easy to Track Gary or enter a Room he is in and Today was the FORTH time I met Gary the Gadget Guy to add him and again Club Penguin’s New Friends List System FAILED! I logged out to see if that would solve the problem…(earlier I have tried clear cache and different Browsers)

…Before this new Friends List feature was release I asked Club Penguin to ensure that these New Features are Bug Free BEFORE released but as so often they didn't listen! As I have blogged about earlier I have MAJOR problems to login to Club Penguin! And after logging in I have to wait around five minutes before I can move or click on anything in Club Penguin due to the notification spamming! Here I am STUCK in the Forest when Gary enters the Room…

…When I Finally could move again I clicked on his Player Card BUT AGAIN the Add Friends icon button didn't work!

…I found Gary in the Haunted House and you guessed right NOTHING HAPPENED when I clicked the Add Friends Button! And I’m NOT the only one with this Problem! This is UNACCEPTABLE! Club Penguin should have done MORE and BETTER Quality Tests BEFORE they released both the New Friends List and Chat System!

…Why didn't they stress test the Game properly before Releasing? What is a Stress Test? “In software testing, stress testing refers to tests that determine the robustness of software by testing beyond the limits of normal operation. Stress testing is particularly important for "mission critical" software, but is used for all types of software. Stress tests commonly put a greater emphasis on robustness, availability, and error handling under a heavy load, than on what would be considered correct behavior under normal circumstances.” It is obvious that Disney Club Penguin FAILED to do this!

…Billybob asked us to be Patient and small Bugs can be accepted after a new release and these Bugs should be fixed quickly but MAJOR Bugs like this is NOT accepted in a commercial product like Club Penguin! Disney is a multi-national company and they seem to think that they can keep getting away with a Bug filled Product!

…When Club Penguin found that they couldn't fix Major Bugs like this within hours they should have rolled back everything to a working version of the Game!

…My Puffles need Care and Food BUT it doesn't work to click on them EITHER!

…Gary will not be around for so much longer and even the two times I met him and could send a Friends Request he DIDN'T ADD ME! I AM PAYING a Membership to Play Club Penguin! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
