Coins for Change is Here! Deck the hall Igloo Contest!

Coins for Change is Here!

Excited crowds are gathering at the Beach to help fill the Lighthouse.

Coins For Change is on now! Penguins all over the island are helping funnel donations into the Lighthouse. “We can make a huge difference this year,” said one penguin. “If we fill the Lighthouse, I’ve heard the donation will double to $2 million! So let’s get to it!”

“To earn coins, I’m playing lots of Jet Pack Adventure,” he continued. “I want to stay close to all the donation action at the Beach.” “I have a feeling this is going to be our biggest year yet. We’ve got to get the word out to everyone. That’s why I visited Rockhopper’s ship and picked up the Coins For Change t-shirts.” “I heard Rockhopper might even stop by to help with donations. Everyone should come down to the Beach!” Join the excitement and help fill the Lighthouse! Coins For Change continues until Dec. 27.

Ask Aunt Arctic :)

Dear Aunt Arctic,
How can I give gifts to my friends?–Ben E. Facter

Dear Ben E. Facter,
A wise penguin once told me, “It is better to give than to receive, grasshopper.” So this year, why not send your friends the Holiday Gift Postcard? When they open it, they’ll get a special surprise! It’s sure to put a spring in their step. I find there’s nothing like giving presents to your nearest and dearest. That’s why I’ll be stopping by the Pet Shop. My puffles have been awfully adorable this year. I’m going to buy a new toy for each of them! Your question certainly has put me in a festive mood. Happy gifting, and have a wonderful holiday!

Every coin counts, donate what you feel is best!

Dear Aunt Arctic,
How many coins should I give to Coins For Change?–Howie Manny Coins

Dear Howie Manny Coins,
I’m excited to hear you want to help out with Coins For Change! I’m always impressed by generous penguins who donate their hard-earned coins to a good cause. As for how much to give, every coin counts—so feel free to donate whatever amount you think is best. Remember, you can always give a little now and earn more coins later. The best thing to do is keep playing your favorite games. Then you can save for Coins For Change, and have fun with your friends. Thanks for the question. It’s penguins like you who make all the difference!
