Donate Ye Treasure to Coins for Change :)
Coins For Change donations are filling the Lighthouse fast! “ARR! The Lighthouse be fillin’ fast, and we be just getting started!” That’s the word from Rockhopper this week, updating everyone on Coins For Change. “Avast! Gathering treasure be a pirate’s specialty! And there be a lot of generous pirates about.”
Though things are off to a very strong start, Rockhopper isn’t ready to slow down. “If we be makin’ a difference, we need to go full speed! Batten down the hatches—all sails to the wind!” he declared. “This be no time to rest!” Rockhopper also said that for Coins For Change to reach its goal, it will take an island-wide effort. “Make ye no mistake—changin’ the world be no work of a singe pirate. It’ll take a whole crew. Let’s fill that Lighthouse!”

Ask Aunt Arctic :)
SANDY KLAWS
Dear Aunt Arctic,
What holiday gift are you most hoping for?–Sandy Klaws
Dear Sandy Klaws,
How kind of you to ask! I’ve been running around so much lately, I hadn’t given it much thought. Though I tend to favor giving, rather than receiving—it is nice to unwrap a gift that’s all your own. The only thing is... I’m not sure what I’d like best. I have lots of pink beanies, and tea to last me for months. I have my puffles, and my typewriter, and lots of candies and chocolates. I’ve got it! You can’t wrap it in a box, but it would be a wonderful gift. I would love to have many more friends on my Friends list. Meeting new friends has been the best part of the Holiday Party and Coins For Change. It’s a gift that will keep bringing me joy long after the party is over. Though, as a final thought, I have been eyeing that new Tundra Board in the Gift Shop too. Maybe I’ll drop in and treat myself. Season’s greetings!
Aunt Arctic recommends taking in some sand and sun at the Cove.
HOLLEY DAYE
Dear Aunt Arctic,
How are you celebrating the holidays?–Holley Daye
Dear Holley Daye,
So far, most of my celebrating has been at the Lighthouse. Working there with everyone has been fun and rewarding. I have also spent a lot of time in the Bakery. I got to see Rockhopper try to make a gingerbread house, and I can’t remember the last time I laughed so hard. But once Coins For Change is finished,I think I’m going to spend the rest of the holidays relaxing. There’s a Tiki party down at the Cove, and it looks marvelous. The decorators did a wonderful job making many different places for us to celebrate in. Many thanks to them, and to everyone who pitched in to decorate.

Some penguins got the button, some didn't. It is an unsyncronized server problem. I didn't get the button either.
