Club Penguin is Tipping!
Explorers are diving deep as Rookie races to fix the island!
Extra extra! Club Penguin island is tipping! An accident has turned the Underwater Expedition into an island emergency. “Don’t panic!” Rookie said. ”Everything is under water. I mean control! Everything is under control!”
“An over-abundance of anvils at the Beach is causing the island to tip dangerously.” “This is totally my fault!” Rookie said. I just wanted to sink the Beach a little bit. But I forgot that the rest of the island was attached to it!” Rescue crews are on the move, though Rookie is insisting that the Expedition should continue. “We are still going exploring! But if you want to help me save the island, that’s cool too.” Reports are also coming in that a mysterious underwater maze has been uncovered by the island’s tilt. Members will find the ancient entrance at the Beach. “If everyone grabs an anvil, we should have this cleaned up in no time!” Rookie added. “Really appreciate the help!” Experts predict it should take until Feb. 1 to remove all the anvils and untip the island.
Fashion Show Starts Feb. 2!
The island’s first fashion show will be filled with fabulous features!
Even a tipping island can’t stop the power of fashion! Next week’s Fashion Show at the Gift Shop is still set to glam the island—tipping or not! “HA! Please!” Cadence laughed when asked if the show was canceled. “I don’t care if the island sinks—we’ll throw on scuba gear or something. We’ll deal.” “Nothing’s gonna stop this show from going down!” A call has gone out for penguins of all skill sets. The show will need fashion experts to help give feedback to designers. And puffle models and experts will be in huge demand. “Drop in. Even if you think you don’t like fashion shows,” Cadence added. “You do. I guarantee it. Come party with us—it’s gonna be ICE.”

Ask Aunt Arctic
RUSS Q. ER
Dear Aunt Arctic,
How can I help out during an island emergency?–Russ Q. Er
Dear Russ Q. Er,
I’m very pleased to hear that you wish to help. The island is a much safer place with penguins like you ready to pitch in at a moment’s notice. There are actually many ways you can help—and several groups you can join. The first I would encourage you to check out is the Rescue Squad. They are volunteers that help rescue penguins and puffles in trouble. Natural disasters are their specialty. Check out their base in the Mine. You might also consider joining the Elite Penguin Force. They are a group of specially trained secret agents, that keep an eye on things. During emergencies, I’ve seen them running around and helping others. Get more information in the Everyday Phoning Facility.

CAT AS TROPHY
Dear Aunt Arctic,
How many natural disasters have there been on Club Penguin?–Cat As Trophy
Dear Cat As Trophy,
This is certainly a ’ground-breaking’ question. I hope you won’t find the answer too ‘shocking’. Joking aside, I actually asked Gary the Gadget Guy for his input on the answer. He commonly tracks unusual weather, and studies any natural events that happen on Club Penguin. “Indeed, I have documented a significant number of natural events over the years,” Gary revealed. “I have studied one major avalanche, an earthquake, many lightning storms and an iceberg-related ship crash.” “There have been eclipses, floods, blizzards, unusual rain, a popcorn-related explosion, and major volcanic activity. Interestingly the Volcano was actually created on purpose.” “As long as we’re ready to get our feet wet, I doubt there will ever be a problem we can’t handle.”
