Scorn, is defeated. Club Penguin is free once again!
Chapter 2 — “The Dragon King has fallen at last!” declared the hero, raising the legendary Thunder Blade high into the air. “Club Penguin is free again! Rejoice for the long darkness has ended!” Scorn’s curse has passed. Or has it?
Everywhere, Scorn’s statues are crumbling. His evil magic is breaking, and those he turned to stone have returned to normal. A grand celebration has begun on the island. There is singing, dancing, and much medieval pizza. But though the clouds of darkness are lifting, heroes must remain ever on guard. For Scorn may rise again. Heed this story, heroes. The Curse is Broken :)
All over the island, the storm clouds of Scorn’s curse are lifting. And places once shrouded in darkness are free for all to see. “Come with me to the Sky Kingdom,” said a dragon. ”There’s this awesome throne you’ve got to sit on. It’s SO COMFY!” The kingdom can now be reached by bridge, or by a rumored magic beanstalk. But those who haven’t seen it yet should go there quickly, before it fades back into legend. “Now that Scorn is defeated, Club Penguin will return back to its old self,” said Gary. It should be an accelerated transformation...” “I mean, it should change quickly.” “So get out there and celebrate, before the story is over.” Club Penguin should return to normal by May 29. Dear Quest Sean,
Ahh, I’m not surprised you’re a little confused. Allow me to catch you up on the story. An ancient dragon named Scorn, (defeated long ago by a band of heroes) used his magic to transform the island. Then he took it over and called himself king. As you can guess, he’s not very nice. Luckily, another band of heroes came together, and gathered three magical items. With those items, they faced Scorn in battle and defeated him. Exciting, yes? I thought so too. But do not worry if you think you have missed out on the adventure. Go and find the magical items for yourself! For Scorn could be lurking just around the corner...
Heroes must always be on the lookout, for darkness can rise at any time...

Dear Lon Gon,
Nothing would make me happier than to say yes—but I cannot. Scorn is a devious enemy, and he has many powers. He was defeated once before, but he managed to come back. Villains are like that. A hero’s work is never done. So I implore all the heroes of the realm to stay on guard. As I mentioned to Quest Sean, if you are a member, and haven’t gathered the magical items yet, do so. I mean it. Some dragons can be very stubborn. Also, if you’re eager for another quest, I would recommend heading down to the Knight’s Quests in the Underground. There are monsters to face, and great treasures to claim. Just the sort of thing for a knight, or a brave princess. Myself? I’ll be in my laboratory. Defeating dragons is tiring work. I think I’ll have a nice, long rest.
Secrets Classified To the Sky Kingdom!
Didst thou know that there is a secret way into the Sky Kingdom? It be the truth! Only members may cross the Bridge of Destiny to the Sky Kingdom... But if they claim one of the Skyward Staffs, they can open the way for free players too! A member needs only to equip the staff, and approach the beanstalk in the Town. The magic of the staff will make the beanstalk grow, and anyone may climb it! Use Skyward Staff to Help Non Members :)
