Chrome Sound BUG!

When I logged into Club Penguin (Flash player based game) I heard a scratching static sound among the Party Music that hasn't been there earlier! I get this “extra” sound in all rooms where it’s Music BUT ONLY when I use the Browser Chrome! I don’t have this Sound Bug while using Firefox or IE9…This is not Disney Club Penguin’s fault and instead a result of the update Chrome recently did to Chrome 21.0.1180.60 so hopefully they fix this soon as this Bug isn't limited to CP!

Tips for workaround: You can set the default audio format to 44100 Hz (16-bit) and it helps a bit but not completely.
