…What’s going on!?! Earlier this year the Earth Day Party was canceled and now we can’t work TOGETHER in the Community Garden anymore and the Recycling Plant is removed! This proves it! Disney Club Penguin doesn't care about our Environment at ALL anymore! This makes me both Sad and ANGRY!

Wow. This is outrageous. Disney made Club Penguin replace one of their most happiest and fun place to be in for a University to remind us of Disney and not Club Penguin. What is Disney doing to Club Penguin? ;-;
Oh how I miss our Community Garden! I miss the Community Tree the most! Why, CP why? -Sophiemarshy.
Wow this is really really BAD, shame on CP! I was mad but more very SAD :( ALWAYS went to throw snowballs to make food grow for the island and throw junk in recycletron & hit buttons. I have been dying to get the TREE STAMP at Earth Day and now we can't even go to the nice big community tree, enjoy its shade and relax This is so WRONG in so many ways. Please Saraapril can't we do anything to make CP see how WRONG all this is?!
I used to like throwing things around in the Recycling Center and throwing things into the machine to see what they would come put as. They also took away the little sports booth at the stadium to make room for the entrance into the University. I used to like pretending to sell things from that booth. I can't believe they took away the garden. Everyone used to help throw snow into the machine to water the plants. It was so amazing to watch the plants grow.
It is official. CP has became just another video game website. Nothing to show kids to care for the planet. No disney takes out those parties and rooms to make room for advertisements and violence. (Star WARS, SCARE GAMES?!?!) This is a new Disney Low.

OMG THIS IS JUST CRAZY! I'm tellin' ya Saraapril. Ever since Lane Merrifield/ Billybob left, Spike Hike came and tore down Club Penguin! Polo Field too! Not to be mean, but if they think this is funny, then THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WRONG! Look at it this way: Billybob= FUN! Spike Hike and Polo Field= ads, tearing down Club Penguin memories and again, tearing down Club Penguin!
Notice the that there is a red flag flying in front of ClubPenguin University- RED FLAGS SYMBOLIZE COMMUNISM! THEY REPLACED THE RECYCLING CENTER WITH A COMMUNIST SCHOOL!
This is a really big mistake from Club Penguin. Create something and then leave it like junk nothing and then create something else. I still don't get WHY can't the Recycle Plant STAY WITH the School. Just like how they did a path in the Stadium to access the School, they could have done an ENTRANCE to the School similar to the Fall Fairs with the Great Puffle Circus. That way we will get NOT only 1 new room but ALSO ANOTHER new room and an old room to stay! The Mine Shack doesn't even seem like a Mine Shack anymore. It looks now like the School's Recess. What is Club Penguin doing? Nice work Club Penguin *claps*.

I don't think this is something CP should get away with! We should do something about our beloved Community Garden and Recycling Center! I missed the recycling plant��also that recycling plant was fun because you could recycle.now club penguin in the future is full of dirt,i wish it could come back in earth day.

Even if I did join Club Penguin in 2011, I can't believe that the took away our beautiful Recycling Plant, for a SCHOOL. A school that everyone will get tired of in a few days. Why do we need to torn down for the Recycling Plant for this torn plastic school? It's just a game! Oh my god. Club penguin is seriously making it worse. Disney shouldn't even bothered to mess with Club penguin. Really i'm telling you Saraapril, They made things worse. C.P was better before to show what you actually feel :( But now Disney came in and made it like childish. It's like Club penguin ain't fun anymore. :( And even we message them, They won't do a thing to change it. Disney is taking over and I HATE IT.

Believe you tell kids that they should break their promises ( cp saying they are ad free, then having mu, marvel, and Star Wars parties and university to remember mu) and think recycling is not important ( no earth day party, recycling center gone). This is outrageous! I'm actually thinking about rallying at the former place of the recycling plant and garden to have "rally" with some friends to get the recycling center back. And if I get a good number of supporters, maybe cp would bring it back.

- EPF Event (where Herbert BLEW up the Everyday Phoning Facility compared to when he POPCORNED IT. From that I see that Club Penguin went from safe "explosions" of popcorn to ACTUAL BOMBS)
- Party with violence compared to the old happy CP parties
- Bugs that effect it more than its old bugs

- Monsters University Takeover and its stupid annoying loud monsters screaming wherever they go, disrupting peace in the island (advertisements =.= )

Disney ruined EVERYTHING!! They changed every single room there is in club penguin and it really just isn't fun anymore!! i want the old club penguin back :'( the fun club penguin. they don't do half the parties they used to; the only ones they do now are advertisement parties. i miss CP so much :(
this is supposed to be a kids game, but look at the violence and bad things
1.Explosions of popcorn going to bombs and fire ( thanks, herbert.)
2.Drills, to build, when they could have shovels.
3. They turn a nice recycling plant, and a garden that is fun to plant in, into a schoolyard, with a tiny little patch of plants and the recycling plant, into a school. Their pretty much saying "hey kids! guess what? recycling is dumb and stupid!" well guess what disney? recycling is very important! the earth would be full of trash if there was no recycling!

I think the problem is that today penguins don't like to go out and enjoy the adventure of CP, but rather, would stay in the town and plaza areas, which makes me so sad to see how bad the community is today. It makes me wonder HOW and WHY this happened, and let's not just look at how bad Disney is and their mistakes are, think about how much the community has changed since then. Feels like something worth investigating, Eh, Saraapril?

I myself quit clubpenguin because of this. I was a member for about 5 years. I was there when it was the first year of clubpenguin. But i was there after the beta party. I am very dissapointed in clubpenguin for having disney take away all the old fun. Monsters university? Star wars? Seriously? In my opinion i hate those both and it ruins the fun! Clubpenguin? More like Disney Penguins. I am going to report this to them and my moms friend works with disney and im going to have her tell dinsye in person about this. I wish clubpenguin was better and more eco friendly. They cut down trees just for a stupid movie advertisement. I hope this changes. If not, i will never go on clubpenguin ever again.

Yep, this is about the end of the line for me. If anything else like this happens or they decide to do another advertisement party besides the upcoming starwars, I am NOT renewing my membership. I am going to get the most out of my current 6-month membership and then I WILL quit CP FOREVER. I hope Disney hears this!
They should have kept the Recycling Plant AND community garden where it is and build the university in the SNOW FORTS. That would be a much better location instead of putting it right where the recycling plant is!
A university all the way at the edge of the forest by the mine? Not a good location AT ALL, PLUS it ruins the garden and the recycling plant! CURSE YOU DISNEY!!
hello, lampchu again.:( Yes I agree that CP taking away the recycle center and garden is very very very very sad.:( whenever I was bored, I threw snowballs and grew plants. I loved to watch penguins grow and harvest plants. Some penguins even used firemen costumes to water plants. Couldn't CP at least teach students at the university how to recycle or add a door that leads to the recycle center? Couldn't CP place another garden with the snowball thing somewhere else? :( R.I.P.

I remember the happy days of old club penguin.. i remember when they first started the recycling center :( i miss it.
they recycled the recycling plant i asked and they said that
i was thinking of writting a card of cp to rebuild the recycle plant and take down the CPU! because if we want to remember the party we would have the movie!

What? That's a huge shame, Club Penguin. You could have taught penguins and people alike how to recycle, but instead, you introduced a school that doesn't teach.

I really miss how that place used to be.. the recycling plant, the Herbert statue, our community garden, and specially that beautiful big tree :,( I still remember the Earth Day Party, when they planted it.. I even grew attached to that tree, and now it's gone!

I can't believe that polo field and ninja would allow this. It's just NOT FAIR! People who want to attend school can just go to the stadium or decorate their igloos! cp, why u no keep recycling center? so what not many people went? that was the place where kids knew recycling was good. now you take it down and make a school?!? people can make their own schools. we must start a petition to make a room dedicated to recycling. and bring the recycling center back. it seems like Disney is not caring about the environment. if only they could bring it back. and if they want it better, they could make a game dedicated to recycling, soon letting others feel more good about recycling. and if they were to make a game, instead of getting coins, let there be items earned. that way, it shows recycling can make better things. how else would we show the fun in recycling. they must bring the recycling center back or else im done with the website.
I sent an email to cp asking if they were making a new recycling center but what they said was something like this: After all the years of recycling we collected enough to make a university XD. So im guessing their not going to make a new recycling center!:-(

We need to protest for no violence and the garden and recycling back. Also we need to let CP know by emailing them how we feel about their choice of taking down the recycling party and earth day party.
I remember when the recycling plant had just come out, it was so fun to just have recycle fights and recycle in general. And the tree... The garden... I loved watering them. This is a HUGE mistake CP have made. There isn't even much to do at the university...

This reminds me. Disney is all about the money, they have had parties about THEIR OWN FILMS. And now they are making the three new star wars films, they sadly have rights. They are saying to kids, "Watch our horrible movies!" and then saying "Recycling is evil, don't do it, just watch MU!"

This is actually what I want and also, the Earth Day Party with Aunt Arctic was usually super AWESOME! We helped to recycle everything and stuff and use the Coins for Change to save the planet and what's this? The recycling plant was the ONLY place on Club Penguin that I usually liked! They blew it all. I was usually exited to get home to school to water the plants and now, I am really sad that it's gone. Hope they're bring it back! I am super sad! I Pingping4069 IS UNHAPPY! :(

But really, throwing the garbage and turning them into a new thing is actually a really fun thing too and also, it also teaches me when I was little how I can actually recycle and what happens when I throw old things to the machine! Ever since Disney bought Club Penguin, things have gone wrong. Parties that advertise Disney films, products, ETC.. No more old items. Old rooms updated to new rooms. Moderators quitting.
I like it as much as you guys do. I dislike it.
It outraged me when I saw they were taking this away. Heck, some penguins threw a rant saying things like "Save the tree, save the tree.". "Save the Recycling Plant, save the Recycling Plant.". One penguin was "sitting" on the fence, saying, "sits on fence while I still can".
Yep, they took the fence away too.
And to make things worse, they cleaned up the Mine Shack. I bet Rory was roaring about that.
Anyways, my opinions probably don't matter to you, but oh well.

It's the end of the road for cp and me now, after many years of cp fun I'm ending my cp membership.The destruction of the recycling plant, in game advertising, cancelling of earth day and many other parties with meaning and of course, the fun of cp being deducted from the once nice game and replaced with brain washing adverts , is why I have stopped my membership.I will still comment on your site and recommend your site to my friends that play cp.

Wow, ,just wow, I just old cp was here. Old parties, old catalogs, old clothes and furniture and now the recycling center? It's like everything is all gone! Now everything is boring.
The Clubpenguin team should have never tour down the recycling plant to build some school!
I miss the recycling plant ;-;! also im very angry because they made the school to support preps! and... the school supports dating on cp! at first cp did not want dating and stuff like that but now they make PROMS!!! srsly! also i hate how they took away cadance from the dance club! when you walk in you always see cadance neer the green puffle and next the the dance off fourm table! now she is not there! i dont get why disney wants to ruin club penguin!!! and i like "old cp" much better because they actullay had a cartoon look! but now its like wierd and super animated!!!

i miss 2006-2012 cp. im a 2012er and I LOVED THE RECYCLING PLANT AND SIDEWAY BUILDINGS!but now they removed sideway to straight AND NOW THIS?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME CP!

It's no fair to have it torn down! Hey Sara have you seen the little lake spot on the map? They could put the recycling center and a fishing house there! And then we could catch fish in another fishing game and if we catch rubbish and trash we could go to the recycling center and recycle it!
I was so disappointed when it was torn down! Maybe the Club Penguin team will bring back the Recycling Plant if many penguins ask them. What if they made it even bigger and better in its very own place with a whole party dedicated to it? I can't even remember when we last had an Earth Day party so it would be great to have one!
