Right now I get a very dark desaturated blue screen instead of a Club Penguin Exit page when I Log off…BUG! UPDATE: This Bug is now Fixed :)

Whereas in a CMYK color space, it is composed of 52.7% cyan, 24.3% magenta, 0% yellow and 71% black. It has a hue angle of 207.7 degrees, a saturation of 35.8% and a lightness of 21.4%. #23384a color hex could be obtained by blending #467094 (Dark moderate blue) with #000000 (Black).

Thanks for that fact because I have a duotang that's the same colour that you explained I thought it was black but since you explained it I found out it was blue
