Master Card-Jitsu Snow! Visit the New Dojo to Master Snow!

Master Card-Jitsu Snow!

Ninjas face their greatest battle yet…

By Sensei — Our greatest battle has begun. We must master Snow, defeat the Snow Minions, and restore balance.

Grasshoppers, the time has come to master Snow. Forces stand against us and threaten the ninja way. To restore the balance of the elements we must face them in battle. High in the mountains you will meet the Snow Minions—do not take them lightly. Their control over snow is most powerful. Fire, Water, and Snow must work together. Individually we are strong. Yet only when the elements unite can we overcome a threat of this enormity. When you are ready, go to the Dojo, enter the Snow Dojo, and prepare for battle. How to play Card-Jitsu Snow? CHEATS :)

Visit the New Dojo to Master Snow!

By a Ninja — Fleet footed ninjas across the island are honoring the unveiling of a new Dojo!

Dojo gets update.

After an abrupt avalanche caused tremendous damage, Sensei’s students worked together to clear snow. As they worked, visions of a new training ground surfaced. “I imagined a room where each element was present—fire, water, snow.” Sensei explained. “In the new training room they are in symmetry. For this is our task—restore elemental balance.” It is still unclear what lies behind this disturbance in the elements.  Those Snow Minions appear to be doing someone’s bidding. All ninjas are needed to help reveal the truth.

Ask Sensei :)

Why are you the only gray penguin? – G. Ray
Although every question has many answers, this one is quite simple: I am very old.

How old are you? – Ray Lee Olde
I have seen many seasons pass. Many Summers, Falls, Winters, and Springs have come and gone. I have lost count of the sunrises and sunsets I have watched. For it is not in the quantity, but in the pleasure of watching them.

How do we beat you at Card-Jitsu? – Wynne Match
While the answer may sound simple, it is not such an easy thing to do. To beat me young grasshopper, you must train. Every Card-Jitsu match you enter, brings you closer to learning how to defeat me. Patience, practice, and power are necessities.I look forward to our match.

Master the Elements.

How do I become a Card-Jitsu Master? – Ellie Ment
If you wish to become a Card-Jitsu Master, always remember—every journey begins with a first step. You must earn your Card-Jitsu mask and become a ninja. If you wish to improve your skills, learn the basics of Card-Jitsu. Then your journey begins to master each of the elements. Each one brings different challenges you must face. The bubbling volcano, the crashing waterfall, and the staggering snow-capped mountain will test your bravery, patience, power, and determination. And grasshopper, always remember: Water beats Fire. Fire beats Snow. Snow beats Water.

Secrets Classified Card-Jitsu Snow :)

On your journey, use these tips to help you master Snow.

  • Each ninja has a different health level, attack range, and attack strength.
  • Ward off nearby enemies before reviving a ninja to keep them safe. Your teammate’s health will be low and cannot stand another attack.
  • Power Cards affect everything in a 9 tile area. Try to hit as many enemies as you can in a single Power Card attack.

Club Penguin Online Safety :)

Club Penguin has added 7 new topics about Online Safety on their Safety Help page :)

  • What is a third party program, and why shouldn't I use one?

  • What is personal information and how do I keep it safe?

  • What is a ban?

  • Where can I find more information about online safety? - For Parents

  • What do I do if someone else is bullying me, or someone else online?

  • How do I choose a secure password?

  • Where can I find more information about online safety? - For Kids

What is a third party program, and why shouldn't I use one?

A third party program is a website or program that isn’t associated with Club Penguin. These sites or programs are used to do things in Club Penguin, or get items that wouldn’t normally be possible. Using these sites or programs is considered cheating, and may result in a ban.
These other sites, or programs won't protect your penguin account like Club Penguin does, or offer the same safety measures. If you use your penguin name and password on a third party program, someone else could use it to log onto your penguin account. Downloading programs also puts your computer at risk, since you could get a virus.
If you’re not sure if a site or program is a third party program, please check with your parent or guardian. If they think it is, ask them to contact our Player Support Team.

What is personal information and how do I keep it safe?

Personal information includes your real name, email, home address, phone number, school, or usernames on other sites.

To stay safe, you should never use personal information when you are choosing your penguin name or password, or creating usernames on other sites. It’s also important to never talk about these things with other players online.

Club Penguin doesn't allow users to discuss other websites or social networks where personal information could be shared. Remember that this is one of the most important rules. Players who ask for, or share personal information on Club Penguin will be banned.

Our word filter prevents players from discussing personal information, but if someone asks you for it, tell your parent or guardian right away. You can also report them by clicking on the “M” (Report Player) icon on their Player Card.

What is a ban?

A ban is a suspension that is placed on an account when a penguin has broken the Club Penguin Rules. During a ban, the account cannot be used.
Bans can be placed for 24 hours, 72 hours, or could be permanent. When a ban is placed, the player will see a message indicating the length of time left until the penguin is allowed back online.
If an account has been banned, we encourage you to review the Club Penguin Rules to make sure you understand them.
For further info about the ban, (or to re-secure an account accessed by someone other than the account owner) contact our Player Support Team.

Where can I find more information about online safety? - For Parents :)

We partner with a number of brilliant organizations that are dedicated to educating parents and children about online safety.

CEOP

The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre is a UK police agency that works directly, or in partnership with local and international forces to protect children online. In 2012, Disney Interactive signed an official Online Safety partnership with them. This made Club Penguin the only official virtual world to partner with CEOP. www.ceop.police.uk/safety-centre

Childnet International
Childnet International is a non-profit organization working with others to help make the internet a great and safe place for children. Childnet works closely with our team of moderators, and provides training to educate children in online safety. www.childnet-int.org

Common Sense Media

It is coordinated by a partnership of three leading organizations; Childnet International, the South West Grid for Learning and the Internet Watch Foundation and co-funded by the European Commission. www.saferinternet.org.uk

ChicosNet
ChicosNet is an Argentinean organization whose mission is to teach children about online safety, promote the good use of technology, and encouraging appropriate behavior online. As part of our commitment to safety, Club Penguin helped ChicosNet develop a program, which involved creating an educational kit for schools. www.chicos.net

SaferNet

SaferNet is a Brazilian non-governmental organization that works with the Federal Public Ministry to stop internet crime. It allows users to report crime anonymously, and gives info and training about internet safety. www.safernet.org.br

What do I do if someone else is bullying me, or someone else online?

If you encounter a mean or rude penguin while playing, you can report them to our moderation team. Click the “M” (Report Player) icon on their player card to report a player. Our moderators will review the report and ban any penguins who have broken the rules.
After reporting the penguin, you can also add them to your Ignore List, by clicking on the “ghost” (Ignore Player) icon on their Player Card. Once they’re on your Ignore List, you will no longer see what that penguin says or does. You could also go to a different room, or switch servers.
Tell your parent, guardian, or other trusted adult anytime you see bullying anywhere, or are bullied yourself, so that it can be stopped.
Learn more about the safety partners Club Penguin works with.

How do I choose a secure password?

A secure password is one that someone else can't guess, no matter how well they know you. Keep your password a secret from everyone, except your parent or guardian. Not even your best friend should know your password!
Password Tips:

  • Choose a password that's at least 8 characters long (a character can be a letter, number, or symbol).
  • Use a combination of numbers (1234), letters (abcde), and symbols (!@#$). You can even use CAPITAL letters.
  • Try making up your own word, or combine a few of your favorite words, (for example, your favorite animal and Disney character). Just don’t use something your friends would guess.
  • Don't use your birthday, street address, or school name.

Once you have a secure password, use these tips to keep it safe:

  • Never share your password with your friends
  • Don’t check “Remember me on this computer” or “Remember my password” if you are playing on a public computer (at school, at a library, at a friend’s house)
  • Never enter your penguin name and/or password on any website other than the official clubpenguin.com site

If you think someone else knows your password, or if you need help choosing a secure one, please contact our Player Support Team.

Spy Drills - Reviewed By You :)

This is a message from Polo Field:

Last week we asked, what's your favourite part about being a ninja? I really liked Kkcandy3317's answer:

One of my fav part about card Jitsu is helping other penguins how to play if they just started the game. When my friend greengirl32 started, she told me she was having a hard time with the fire element so I helped her by playing card Jitsu fire with her. And then she was doing super duper well!! After I felt really well!!! Now I think helping other penguins are what true ninjas do!!

I agree KKcandy3317, sharing your knowledge to help others is a great part of being a ninja!

This week we've got a question for those of you who have had a chance to hone your elite skills in Spy Drills! What do you think the ultimate spy gadget would be? Leave your answer in the comments! Waddle on!

…Bug Alert Polo! You have linked to Robots in Club Penguin instead of last weeks post but don’t worry I fixed it on this blog post :) I would like a Spy Gadget that could help us save the Environment :)

Earning Coins in Club Penguin :)

After my latest shopping spree of Floor Cushions to my Cozy Dojo Igloo I’m BROKE! That is NOT Good so today I will be playing LOTS of Club Penguin Games to earn coins so I can afford to buy food for my Puffles, items and send Postcards to my Friends :)

…As you might already know there are some dishonest Penguins in CP that think it’s cool to use different hacks to get coins instead of earning them! I DON’T agree with them at ALL and I wonder why their parents haven’t thought them better? Maybe their parents are thieves in real life?

…My parents are honest hard working people and so am I :) My goal today is to play EVERY single Club Penguin Game :) Waddle On and have a HAPPY Day :) I for sure will :)
