Haul in Halloween treats! By Halloween Correspondent — Halloween looks to be a hit this year. Everyone is out trick-or-treating and raking in their loot. Wondering how to get the most out of your Halloween outings? Find out here. More candy!
The source of all this candy is the Spectral Sweets Jack-o’-Lanterns, so that’s where to start. They’re all over the place; check the Town, the Plaza, and the Stadium. All you need to do is open one up and choose three candies. The best way is to get together in a group and move from one to another. They’ll take some time to restock, so waddle on and enjoy the Halloween atmosphere. Don’t forget about the Trick-or-Treat Igloos! Go to one from the Stadium or directly from the map. You’ll find a whole list of igloos eager for trick-or-treaters. The haunted hosts will be awaiting your arrival. Plus, you’ll see some really creative Halloween igloos while you’re exploring.

A ghoulish transformation! By Rookie — Eeeeek! I hope you like the candies this year, but I have to warn you: some of them are cursed! That might be the reason these candies were such a good deal. They’re all yummy, but members are turning into vampires, werewolves, and zombies! I understand if you can’t stop eating the tasty Full-moon Fireballs (they’re sooo good), but you might start howling at the moon. If you eat the cursed candies, you’ll experience Halloween as a real monster. After a while, you’ll turn back (I think...), but be careful! I called Spectral Sweets to ask about this. But maybe they’re having problems with their phone. The line keeps going dead! On the bright side, you can still wear your costume after transforming. I’m going to squeeze into mine and hope no one notices the fur!

Where did you get the candy from? – Vam Priss
Hi Vam! I got it from a catalog Rockhopper had in one of his chests. I thought he said it was “submersed” but maybe he said “it be cursed.” That guy’s hard to understand! Anyway, I asked for the catalog and then ordered all this candy from it. And those jack-o’-lanterns refill all by themselves. It’s very handy! I’d totally recommend them if it wasn’t for the horrible monster curses.

Um, I’m really sorry. I know cursed candy is a bummer. I’m going to be out trick-or-treating with everyone else to help out! A few nights of that and we’ll have most of the candy back... hopefully. I promise we’ll still have a super-fun Halloween. First the anvils, and now this! I won’t over-order again, that’s for sure!

How do I open my igloo to trick-or-treaters? – Trae Cory Treat
Oh goody! A question I can answer! Members can give out candy by buying a Spectral Sweets Jack-o’-Lantern and putting it in their igloo. Buy it in the Furniture Catalog and put it where trick-or-treaters can get at it. After that, you’ll be on the trick-or-treat igloo list. Pretty cool, huh? Everyone can come visit and grab candy while they’re there! There are going to be some awesome Halloween parties and costume contests. I can’t wait to hear about them!
Secrets Classified Party Emotes!
Check out your emotes! There are special ones that come out for each party. For Halloween, go batty for vampires, attract werewolves with a full moon, and spook your friends with ghost stories. Use them to express the scary side of the season!
