Yes. You will need to update the app to the 1.3 version before you can access it. Please check the App Store for your latest update.

How do I find/teleport to my friends in the Club Penguin app?

You can find your friends by clicking the Friends list, and selecting the Player Card of the friend you want to visit. Click on the bouncing arrow button and you'll teleport to them wherever they are!

How do I renew my Club Penguin membership through the app?

If you previously purchased a subscription through the Club Penguin app, and wish to renew, go to your "Settings" in the app and follow the "Restore" instructions.

Note: Apple only allows one recurring subscription payment per iTunes ID. Additional membership purchases are non-recurring.

How do I select a server in the Club Penguin app?

When you log into the Club Penguin app, you don't need to select a server. You're automatically placed into the mobile app.

Where are my puffles in the Club Penguin app?

Puffles aren't ready to be put into the app. Don't worry, you'll still find them in your igloo when you log into your account on a computer.

Why can't I see my friend when it says we're in the same room?

Sometimes when you try to walk or teleport into a room, it could be full. If your friend is in a room and it gets full before you go into it, you'll show up in a different instance of that room.
