How many Puffles? Saraapril Games :)

My Puffles LOVE to make up riddles and here is one they just asked me and I hope you can help me with the answer to it :) Riddle: 11 Puffles are jumping at the Backyard and every Puffle has 10 Puffles jumping in front of itself. How many Puffles are jumping?

    because if theres 10 in front of all eleven, then 10 x 11 = 110 then add the 11 original puffles so 121

  5. Infinite. If every puffle had 10 puffles in front of it, each of those puffles would count in every puffle. So the puffles jumping in front of the puffles would each have 10 more puffles, and so on.

    Now, if you had worded it as "EACH puffle has ten more puffles,how many in all would be jumping?" the answer would be 11x10=110

  6. Hmm... Let's see what can be done now.
    First I'm taking the 11 puffles which have 10 in front of them.
    Each puffle group is like this-
    1 plus 10 equals 11.
    And we have to this for 11 puffles so...
    11 multiplied by 11...
    the answer we get is 121 puffles jumping!
