…due to a BUG it doesn't matter how many times you blow out the candles on the Anniversary Cake you will not get the Stamp anyway!

I contacted CP support about it and they just had me send them my account name and they awarded me the stamp that way. Don't know if that means they're not fixing the bug and if that's the only way to get the stamp.
