Disney keeps destroying our beloved snow covered Island with Ads and their latest Advertising attack against us Penguins is the promotion of the Muppets Most Wanted Movie! The Muppets World Tour Takeover Party will be here in Club Penguin between March 20 - April 1, 2014 and already in January they started to spam us with Sneak Peeks! Sigh…PLEASE Disney! STOP destroying Club Penguin!

Banana Chai Cookies Recipe (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Here is a Recipe of Banana Chai Cookies and they are Vegan and Gluten Free :)

*Ask an adult for help

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Makes: 30 cookies

You Will Need:

Large bowl
Small bowl
Fork
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Parchment paper
Baking sheets

Ingredients

5 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cardamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups gluten free, quick cooking oats
1 tsp baking powder
Optional: 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175°C
In a large bowl, mash the bananas
Stir in the vanilla extract
In a smaller dish, mix together the spices and baking powder
Add the spices to the bananas and mix well
Stir in the oats (and dark chocolate chips)
Spoon the batter onto the baking sheets - making 1 inch wide cookies
Cook for 20 minutes
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

G’Day Penguins, Last week I had the chance to see some of your fun-filled “fair themed” igloos and they were awesome! You guys are so creative and I had so much fun playing all the games you had. Check out the picture below of everyone listening to The Penguin Band before visiting the igloos – rock on Penguins! I’m so sad its the last week of The Fair, it’s been such a good party – don't you agree? Did you know The Oscars were held in America this week? Everyone looked so nice in their suits and dresses. I’m going to be holding my own Oscars party this Thursday in my igloo and I’m so excited! Come along dressed in your best red carpet outfits – I’m thinking lots of glitz and glamour. Or you could every come dressed up as one of the Frozen characters – the film won 2 awards at the ceremony – go Frozen! Also, make sure you practice your speeches, you’ll all be Oscar winners at this party! Lets meet at The Forest on the Down Under server at 4pm (East Australia Standard Time) on Thursday 6th March, which will be 6pm for all of you in New Zealand. Don’t forget, this is 9pm Penguin Standard Time on Wednesday 5th March for everyone over in the US and Canada. Waddle on!
