Here’s a Club Penguin recipe on how to make Fish Cakes :)
*Ask an adult for help
You'll Need:
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring spoons & cups
- Frying pan
- Cooking spray
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (170g) Tuna
- ½ cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 carrot - shredded
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Cover and refrigerate for 10 mins
- Lightly spray the frying pan with oil
- Heat on Med-High
- Make approx. 1/4 cup patties with your tuna cake mix
- Cook for 3 minutes per side
- Enjoy!
