Here is a Club Penguin recipes on how to make a Puffle Pancakes :)

You Will Need
- 2 Mixing bowls
- Measuring spoons & cups
- Frying pan
- Cooking spray
- Condiment containers
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose wholemeal flour
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 salt
- Food coloring (To match your favorite puffle color!)
Gluten Free Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rice flour
- ¼ cup quinoa flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp xantham gum
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 ¼ cup milk (why not try almond or soy milk)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Pancake Batter
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl
- Add in the milk and oil, and mix well
- In another bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and slowly pour in the wet ingredients
- Mix well
Pancake Art
- Pour about 1/3 of the batter into one of your condiment containers
- To the batter left in the bowl, add 5 drops of food coloring and mix well
- Add the colored batter to the other condiment container
- Lightly span a frying pan with oil and heat at med-high
- Use the white batter to draw the eyes, mouth, and outline of your puffle onto the frying pan
- Use the colored batter to fill in the rest of the puffle
- Cook until the batter starts to bubble slightly, then flip over and let cook for another 1-2 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
