This is a message by Megg: Hi Penguins! Yesterday was National Sandwich Day, or as some might say, the best day ever for Rookie. It got us thinking of all the different kinds of sandwich creations out there I'm pretty sure you could put anything in a sandwich!

...My favorite sandwich is made of wholemeal sourdough bread with cottage cheese, cucumber, tomato, garlic, leek and chives :)
