Discover your voice! By Aunt Arctic — Here’s some great news for budding musicians—DJ Cadence is looking for new stars! The hottest talent show on the island is coming on Feb. 19. They’ll set up a studio in the Forts and search for the best and brightest on the island. PICK ME!

I’ve tried to get some extra info from the organizers, but they’re not saying much. I do know that they want well-rounded performers, so you should try to master every genre if you can. That’s a difficult, daunting task. But luckily, DJ Cadence is offering to coach anyone that wants to be a contestant. Considering she’s also a judge, you’ll be in good hands with her. I’ve heard there will be other, secret judges at the final auditions. If you can discover their identities, that might help your chances. Who else on the island loves glamour and a good performance? Or maybe there’s an intense music lover that will be a judge?

Bring your demos! By Rookie — Guess who’s coming to town? Not Merry Walrus, that was months ago! It’s the Penguin Band. They announced they’re coming to visit during the Music Party. Oh man. I hope I get to meet G Billy. That’s the last stamp I need to collect! Oh, and he’s also a really nice dude. They won’t be playing a concert though. They said they want to meet new stars and help them if they can. It’s so nice of them! I know I can always use some advice on playing the rake. I’m gonna play them my new solo and see what they think!

Where do I adopt puffles? – P. Wrangler
You’re gonna adopt a puffle? Bonza!All you gotta do is head to the Pet Shop in the Plaza. You’ll find all kinds of puffles there. From our old friends the blue and pink puffles to the newer dog and cat puffles. Rainbow and gold puffles will take a bit of searching to adopt. Look for a gold O berry dispenser to get started on your gold puffle quest. And go to the Puffle Hotel to learn about the rainbow puffles. Adopting a puffle is the greatest thing in the world! And don’t worry, if you got questions, someone will be sure to help you out! Puffle Handbook :)

What’s with the statue in the Puffle Wilds? – Shelly Sculptor
Ah, that statue has been on my mind a lot lately. It was first thing I saw as I came into the Puffle Wilds. I tried to get the story of it from the puffle creatures, but they have a lot of different legends about it. Most say it was built by ancient puffles that heard rumors of the penguins on the island. The unicorn puffles say it’s just a place for them to pose and look dashing. But I wonder what else these ancient puffles might have built. I reckon if they could build a statue, there might be some buildings in there too. Or maybe the ancient puffles are connected to all the strange stuff in the Wilds, like those frozen falls or the mysterious fog. If you learn anything, make sure you let me know!
