Club Penguin Activities Detail!

On the Club Penguin FUN Activities a NEW Outdoor Activity called Veggie Garden is added :)

…Sadly the Fire vs. Water Battle and Ninja Nowhere FUN Activities are removed! And that is NOT FUN!!!

Club Penguin Details :)

Veggie Garden Outdoor Activity :)

Veggie Garden :)

You Will Need
Veggie plants or seeds
Gravel or small rocks
Soil
Planting pots
A watering can

Instructions:
*Ask an adult for help

  1. Choose which vegetables are easy to grow where you live. Tip: try beans, tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, beets or onions.
  2. Choose pots that will best fit your veggies. Pots that are at least 10 inches deep work best.
  3. Place your plant pots somewhere that gets lots of sun.
  4. Fill the bottom of your plant pots with gravel, or small rocks. This helps water drain.
  5. Fill your pots with soil. Tip: you could add compost or fertilizer here.
  6. Make sure you leave enough room between the plants so they have plenty of room to grow.
  7. Once they’re in the right places, take them out of their pots and dig holes in the soil and place them in.
  8. If you’re using seeds, make sure there’s at least a finger distance between each seed. (Some plants like tomatoes will need more room, so follow the instructions on the seed packet).
  9. Gently water the soil with your watering can.
  10. Now you’re ready to watch your garden grow. But remember: plants are a bit like pet Puffles: they need lots of care and attention!

Thanks for this FUN Activity Post Club Penguin :) I LOVE growing things and did you know that if you put an onion you use for cooking in a glass so just the chopped off root ends just touch the water. Then place it inside on a windowsill so it get lots of light it will soon grow roots again and start to sprout green long onion leafs :) I often do that during the winter when nothing can grow outside :) Right now I have 2 yellow onions and 1 red onion growing in my room :) I have them there for decoration but Mum grows garlic like that in our kitchen and use the green sprouts in salad :)
