Club Penguin Fruity Summer Drinks Recipes :)

Advertising from Disney UK: Fruity Summer Drinks Recipes for the Family! Check out these easy-to-make delicious fruit drinks from Club Penguin and Innocent

This summer Club Penguin will be transformed into a tropical fruit mecca when the island’s summer party – The Adventure Party: Temple of Fruit – rolls into town.  But, if you can’t wait, the club has got a couple of fruity party drinks for you to make now.

Inspired by pirate penguin Captain Rockhopper, who’ll be bringing tropical fruits to The Adventure Party in his big ship The Migrator, Rockhopper’s Fruity Iceberg Float will shiver your timbers. The Cadence Cooler, named after Club Penguin island’s resident DJ, Cadence, will keep you as cool as a cucumber on the dance floor.

There's also a special recipe from the Innocent drinks brand too. And the best thing of all is that these drinks are easy to make so the kids can get involved as well.

Rockhopper’s Fruity Iceberg Float :)

Makes 2

Ingredients

  • A handful and a half of strawberries
  • A handful of raspberries
  • Half a handful of red berries
  • One banana, peeled
  • Pot of natural yoghurt
  • Honey to sweeten if needed
  • A splosh and maybe a splash more of orange juice to loosen

  1. The night before, you need to make your frozen yoghurt icebergs. Fill up an ice cube tray with natural yoghurt and freeze overnight.
  2. Pop your strawberries, raspberries and red berries in a colander and rinse under the tap, then add to the blender with the peeled banana.
  3. Blitz these together until smooth, and add a splash of orange juice if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Dip in a teaspoon to taste and stir in a little honey if needed.
  5. Pop your frozen yoghurt icebergs into each glass and pour over your Rockhopper smoothie mix.
  6. Now sit back, relax as you enjoy Rockhopper’s Fruity Iceberg Float!

Cadence Cooler :)

  • One apple peeled with the core cut out
  • 1 peeled cucumber
  • Half a honeydew melon, bin the pips and scoop out the flesh
  • Sparkling water

  1. Put the apple, cucumber and melon through a juicer.
  2. Put ice into each glass and split the Cadence Cooler mix between both glasses.
  3. Top up each glass with sparkling mineral water with a squeeze of fresh lime to taste.
  4. Decorate the glass with a slice of cucumber or lime if you fancy.
  5. Put your shades on, turn on some tunes and sip!

The innocent gang’s strawberry and banana smoothie (from Hungry – the innocent recipe book) A family favourite, timeless combination and the exact same recipe you’ll find in our innocent bottles. Please enjoy repeatedly!

• 2 ½ apples
• ½ an orange
• 7 strawberries
• ½ a banana, peeled

  1. Cut the apples into wedges and put them through a juicer.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the orange half separately in to a glass.
  3. Pour the apple juice and orange juice into a blender.
  4. Add the strawberries and banana and whizz away!

Create your Tutti Frutti Hat - Club Penguin Activity

Advertising from Disney UK: Create your Tutti Frutti Hat

How-to Instructions

Ingredients
• Honeydew Melon
• Apple
• Assortment of berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries or raspberries)
• Banana
• Cucumber
• Lime

Remember that once you’re finished with your Tutti Frutti Hat, you can reuse your fruit ingredients to make one of the fruity summer drinks recipes found inside your pack!

*Note that some fruit (like apples) will rust quickly when cut. You can slow the process by brushing lemon juice over the exposed interior of the fruit.

You will also need the following materials:
• Cocktail sticks
• Scissors
• String
• 1x Paper Bowl
• Kitchen knife

Optional:
• Ice cream scope

Instructions

1) Cut the honeydew melon in half length wise and hull out both halves (save the filling and use to make smoothie recipes later). Pat the insides of the melon halves dry with kitchen paper.

2) Cut thin apple slices so you have varying sizes, stack the slices and slide a toothpick through to hold together, turn and fan them out.

3) Use a paper bowl to line the inside of one half of the melon. Trim any excess paper bowl so that it fits snugly inside the melon. This will stop any melon juice from getting in your hair!

4) Using a cocktail stick (or scissors), pierce a small hole on both sides of the melon, piercing through the paper bowl protective layer.

5) Now take the other half of your emptied melon shell and cut in half lengthwise to use as a base for decorating your hat. Use 2 cocktail sticks to pierce and securely attach the cut melon shell to your hat. Take two lengths of string, enough to tie the string under your chin in a bow. Push one string through the left hole using a cocktail stick and tie securely, do the same on the right side and securely tie securely again.

*Be careful not to pierce the cocktail sticks too far through the base of the hat. The cocktail sticks should not go through the paper bowl as this is there to protect your head from the sticks and any melon juice.

6) Now it’s time to get creative!
Using a selection of berries, slide each piece on to the sticks to decorate as you like. Slice small pieces of banana, apple, lime or cucumber and attach each piece to the base of your hat using cocktail sticks. Make sure the pieces are not too big as the hat will become very heavy and hard to wear.

You can attach additional berries to disguise any part of a cocktail stick that’s showing.

Continue to decorate until you have created your very own Tutti Frutti Hat! Design created by Amy Johnson – www.missmillinery.com

ATTENTION! You DO NOT NEED ANY Innocent Brand Products to make This Hat! The word Innocent is just thrown in here as Disney Club Penguin is Advertising that Brand! Personally I don’t like this Hat! My Parents have thought me to show respect for Food, not be wasteful with it and not to play with it! Eww…This Fruit Hat STINKS!

Make a Tutti Frutti Tiara - Club Penguin Activity

Advertising from Disney UK: Make a Tutti Frutti Tiara

How-to Instructions

Ingredients
• Assortment of berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries or raspberries)
• White grapes
• Banana

*Note that some fruit (like apples) will rust quickly when cut. You can slow the process by brushing lemon juice over the exposed interior of the fruit.

Remember that once you’re finished with your Tutti Frutti Tiara, you can reuse your fruit ingredients to make one of the fruity summer drinks recipes found inside your pack!

You will also need the following materials:
• Cocktail sticks
• Scissors
• String

Instructions

1) Use a cocktail stick (or scissors) to pierce holes on each end of the banana with the ends facing downward so it creates an arch. Push a piece of string through each end of the hole and tie both ends securely.

This will be used to attach and hold the tiara securely to your head, so make sure that the string is long enough to tie a bow under your chin.

2) Pierce cocktail sticks across the top of the banana leaving approximately 1 inch of space between each stick.

3) Now it’s time to get creative!

Using a selection of berries and grapes, slide each piece on to the sticks to decorate as you like, making sure to cover the whole of the stick so that only fruit is showing (2-3 pieces per stick).

Continue to decorate until you have created your very own Tutti Frutti Tiara! Design created by Amy Johnson – www.missmillinery.com

ATTENTION! You DO NOT NEED ANY Innocent Brand Products to make This Tiara! The word Innocent is just thrown in here as Disney Club Penguin is Advertising that Brand! Personally I don’t like this Tiara! My Parents have thought me to show respect for Food, not be wasteful with it and not to play with it!
