HELP! Where is my Field-Ops? BUG!

As I have blogged about earlier I didn't got a Field-Op this week! I have asked Club Penguin for help and this is their answer:

Hello Saraapril,
Nice to hear from you again! Recently, we were experiencing a slight glitch with our most recent Field Op. I am happy to let you know that this issue has been fixed! To successfully find this Field Op you may need to clear your internet cache. To clear your internet cache, please follow the steps for your web browser located at this link:
http://support.clubpenguin.com/help/technical/clear_my_cache.htm
Once you have finished clearing your cache, please completely close your web browser to make sure all of the old files are removed. I hope this helps!

Thanks Matthew I have done all this BUT my problem is not to find the Field-Op location, my Problem is that I STILL DON’T GET A FIELD-OP ALERT! And therefore I can’t do this weeks Field-Op! I have sent several new emails to Club Penguin asking them for help to solve this problem but so far I have not got any answer…

Field-Ops Location Found BUG!

The New Field-Op 90 is messed up! If you stand in any room in this exact spot you will get the Spy Phone Field-Ops Location Found indication BUT…

…when you click on the Spy Phone you will NOT get the Field-Op mini Game as you are at a BUG LOCATION!

…Thanks Agent Hush for telling me about this problem so I could start to do research about this Bug :) I have tested and found this Bug in different rooms and I even got it in my Igloo!
