Heroes Sneak Peek and Reviewed by You :)

This is a message from Happy77:

Greetings!

We received a lot of fabulous comments from the last Reviewed By You post! I really liked 127David's comment about their favorite Club Penguin story:

"Hi Happy77! I think it's great that so many penguins are working hard on saving the Earth. Anyway, my favorite Club Penguin story is Franky's First Show, which is sitting in the Book Room, where I like to read the yearbooks and play Mancala. I like it because it teaches the readers about following your dreams and to conquer your fears. It is a story that keeps you wanting to turn the page until the end. ? WADDLE ON ? P.S. I cant wait to see the wonderful wizardry  and magic going on at the Medieval Party. Thanks for the sneak peek!"

We hope you're enjoying the party, 127David! :)

The Medieval Party has really shown us how many brave penguins there are on the island! Speaking of bravery and heroes, I'd love to know about someone who you think is a hero. Let us know in the comments below!

I'll randomly pick one of your comments to feature next week. The lucky penguin featured will receive a 10,000 coin bonus on their account!

Your Favorite Story and Medieval Sneak Peek :)

This is a message from Happy77:

Thanks for all of the amazing comments you submitted about helping endangered animals! It was hard to choose just one comment to feature, but I really liked Ariane2005's

Like Birds,Stray Cats, Skunks, Deer, Insects, Mystery animal, Hedgehogs too. You see any backyard can be a habitat so help keep it clean no animal likes a dirty habitat. April Fools Reviewed By You :)

This is a message from Happy77:

Greetings!

On our last Reviewed By You, we asked you about your favorite Club Penguin party. I liked Cat956's comment:

"I love the new features in the puffle party, but I have to say that in my books the Medieval Party has to take the cake. It is an original Club Penguin party and almost every single room on Club Penguin has been decorated. It is a chance for all penguins to get together, decorate their igloos, and have fun. The thing that separates this party from the rest is the quests. They are awesome! It provides a challenge for penguins whether it's a puzzle or a fight with a dragon, it always provides a great deal of fun for penguins. Waddle On! :)"

Thanks, Cat956!

Once when I was very little my Mum said that Thumper was in the garden and I hurried to look out the window but he wasn't and I got sad and Mum hugged me and said it was just a April Fool’s joke! I started to sit by the window and wish for Thumper to come and later the same day I saw a rabbit in the garden and I was so EXCITED and told Mum that Thumper was there! First she didn't believed me but when she looked out and saw the rabbit she said she thought that was Thumper too and I was so HAPPY that my wish came true :)

This is a message from Happy77:

Greetings!

Thanks for all of the sweet comments from last time's Reviewed By You! I liked Michele50's comment about puffles!

"My favorite puffle is the orange puffle because I think it reminds us just to lay back and have fun! Also, I think the orange puffle can bring something happy and entertaining to someone that has maybe had a bad day and needs something funny to cheer them up. I currently have two orange puffles and they definitely cheer me up when I'm in a bad mood. The last thing is, they are the kind of puffle that isn't afraid to show who they are, even if some embarrassing things are part of their personality (drooling on the pillow comes to mind) and I think that's a good message not only for me, but for other kids around the world. I love Orange Puffles and Waddle On!"

Fashion Show Rocks the Gift Shop! Rockhopper needs Crew!

Fashion Show Rocks the Gift Shop!

The Fashion Show continues until Feb. 14. “This party is just getting started!”That was the latest word from Cadence at the Fashion Show. With one week left, the event has attracted huge crowds to the Gift Shop, where it’s standing room only. “They may as well call this place the Universe, because it is FULL of stars!”

The Club Penguin Times interviewed some of the superstars backstage. “What a blast!” said one of the judges. I’m all about the wigs. Love them. If you’ve got a wig, get it on your head and get down here.” “EEEEE!” one photographer squeed. “Did you see all the puffles in their little hats? “They’re SO CUTE!” “Fashion is an art form,” said a model. It’s about standing out with your own style. Finding the right look, and being bold with it. I’m so glad we did this show.” The Fashion Show wraps up Feb. 14. Find out what all the fuss is about at the Gift Shop. Fashion Show Party in Gift Shop :)

Rockhopper needs Crew!

Adventurers—prepare to set sail for Shipwreck Island! Pirate-fans and ocean-watchers were surprised to discover the Migrator in the telescope this week. “Rockhopper needs help,” said Gary the Gadget Guy in a jetpack. “I just spoke with him—he requires a brave crew for a dangerous quest.” “On Feb. 24, he’ll be setting sail for the infamous Shipwreck Island. He said, ARR if ye got a fine pair of sea-legs, and ye be hungry for adventure, then join me crew!’ I hope I pronounced that right.” Rockhopper’s ship will arrive in Club Penguin on Feb. 16. Check next week’s newspaper for more info. Rockhopper’s Quest :)

SHEP PO
Dear Aunt Arctic,
I saw a puffle wearing a hat! Where can I get one? – Shep Po

Dear Shep Po,
I’ve recently noticed more puffles sporting new and interesting hats. I think the Fashion Show is causing a bit of a surge in style around the island. The first place you’ll want to head to is the Pet Shop. That’s where you’ll find the Puffle Catalog, which is full of fun and fashionable items for puffles. If you spot someone walking a puffle with a hat you haven’t seen before, ask them where they got it. They may have collected it during a certain event, or with a special code. Also, take note: every puffle species reacts to hats differently. Depending on your puffle’s color, it may become really excited... or second guess your taste in hats.

Rockhopper is the most famous pirate to ever sail the seven seas.

ROCKWHOPPER?
Dear Aunt Arctic,
Who’s Rockhopper? – RockWHOpper?

Dear RockWHOpper?,
Sometimes when I get asked this question, I like to give the answer that Rockhopper once gave me: ARR! He be the most famous pirate that ever sailed the seven seas! But that isn’t the whole story, so I’ll fill in a few more details. Rockhopper is actually a pirate captain, who sails around the world looking for treasure. He’s an explorer, and a huge fan of parties and celebrations. He likes to visit Club Penguin every so often, bringing rare treasure and stories to share. He’s known for his many famous deeds, like discovering red puffles, and the mysterious Rockhopper Island. You can actually read about some of his adventures in his journal, on the shelf in the Book Room. Make sure you read it to the end for a special surprise. Rockhopper’s Key CHEAT :)

Secrets Classified Snowball Target :)

Did you know that hitting targets with snowballs can make extraordinary things happen? It’s true! Anytime you see a target around the island, press ‘t’ and click the target to throw a snowball at it. Targets are sometimes used for games, or to power amazing machines. You might even uncover a top secret organization. Lastly, don’t be afraid to experiment. Best of luck!

Greetings Penguins!

Happy77 here. It's time for the first Reviewed by You post of 2012. Last time, I asked about your favorite way to save up coins in Club Penguin. Blazer2529 shared some sweet ways to earn coins:

I like to save coins by being a tour guide and secret agent! It feels good because those jobs mean helping penguins and the money I get from them helps even more people world wide! I also like playing games like connect four and mancala because I get to meet all kinds of new friends and that means not only am I earning money to donate, but the person I'm playing with is too!

Nice answer, Blazer2529!

Happy Halloween Puffle Hats - Reviewed by You :)

This is a Message from Happy77:

Greetings Penguins!
Happy77 here. Hope everyone's having a Happy Halloween! The team's been busy catching bugs and ghosts while munching on candy at the office today. ;)
Remember our last Reviewed by You blog, where Billybob asked you to describe the weirdest Halloween puffle hat you could think of? Well, we picked one comment from each language, and an artist drew all four of them!
On the English blog, Aguon1 had this idea:

My idea would be: a spider puffle hat. It would be brown and it would have the legs and the head on it. It would have the eyes on it the would be big and gloomy. It should also have a buggy mouth on it and have black stripes on the legs.

In French, Gopinoo had this clever idea:

For me, the spookiest puffle hat ever would be a hat in the shape of a jellyfish but with snakes instead of tentacles. Waddle on!

In Portuguese, Elvis524 left a suggestion that I thought was quite fabulous:

I guess the best Halloween hat would be something like a mountain with trees and the Living Sled on top!

In Spanish, Layla6765 made this amazingly creative suggestion:

The most terrifying puffle hat would be weird but creepy. It would be a mixture of a witch hat and a zombie hat with a unicorn or Pegasus horn to make it silly. The result would be a witch hat with gears and scars and a horn on the top. It would be funny to add stars to the horn.

You had so many wacky creative ideas! Thanks for all your fun suggestions, everyone. :)
Speaking of puffles... As you may have heard, we're launching a brand new game in the Pet Shop this week: Pufflescape! So for this Reviewed by You, I'm curious... What's your favorite Club Penguin game to play with your puffle?

Chihang321 said:

Remember, During a boss level, you usually have to defeat a flying machine. Instead of hitting it from the bottom or the sides, you hit it from the top so gravity pulls your puffle down and allows you to do two or even three or even four hits in a row!

Thanks for sharing all the great Puffle Launch tricks!

Awesome Adventuring Ahead!

The Great Snow Race will be held on the Toughest Mountain.

Starting August 25, even experienced athletes will need to watch their step! We interviewed one excited climber for details. “Last year, parts of the mountain were for members only. This time up, it’s open to everyone!I wonder what kind of race we’re racing!”

“Maybe it’s a race to the top!” said the mountaineer. “Or a quick slide to the bottom? Hey, maybe it’s both!” “All I know is, if it’s anything like last year’s expedition, we’ve got an extreme peak face-off ahead of us.” “My advice? Bring along some buddies.”Friends can help you solve tough puzzles, and keep you in tip top condition!” “So strap on your helmet, and lace up your boots. The Great Snow Race begins August 25!” Mountain Expedition YouTube VIDEO 2010 :)

Serious sled racers speed down the Ski Hill.

Rumors about the Great Snow Race are heating up! Two sled racers were stoked to talk to us about mastering Sled Racing. “It helps to have the right equipment,” said one sled racer. “Check out the Sled Racing catalog while you're on the Ski Hill.” “Members can pick the sled or toboggan that suits their style. Me, I like the pink racing sled. The bright neon totally distracts the other racers!” “Yeah dude,” said the other racer. “Then you've got to practice, practice, practice.Especially ‘cause I feel like something BIG is coming for the Great Snow Race.”

Ask Aunt Arctic :)

C. KRETT
Dear Aunt Arctic,Where's the key for the Hidden Lake? – C. Krett

Dear C. Krett,
I’m not much of a gamer, but I’ve heard the key is hidden in Puffle Rescue. To find you an answer, I spoke with a gaming expert. “Finding the key to the Hidden Lake is NOT easy,” she said. “But if you take my advice, you MIGHT have a shot.” “First head to the Mine, and play the black puffle level of Puffle Rescue.” “Not the other levels! Only the black puffle level, OKAY?” “Okay, so when you’re on the first level (this is important!),watch for the giant squid.” “Don’t worry, okay? The squid leads you to the secret area.” “Follow the squid’s air bubbles to find the secret room. Are you listening?!” “Okay, so once you’re inside, you’ll see stairs. They totally lead to the Underwater Room.” “The key’s inside. Just pick it up, and you can go back whenever!” How to Find the Key in Mine Caves CHEATS :)
