On Club Penguin Community under Fun Activates we have a New Recipe More Arts and Crafts and a New Outdoor Activities :)
LAVA CAKES!
Ingredients
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate (about one standard chocolate bar)
6 six ounce custard cups or ramekins
½ cup and 2 tablespoons butter
1½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup four
4 cups all-purpose flour
3 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
baking sheet
Directions
*Make sure your parent or guardian helps you with these!
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- While it warms, grease six 6-oz. custard cups or ramekins, then place them on a baking sheet.
- Microwave the chocolate and butter in a large microwaveable bowl for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat with ninja like patience until melted.
- Mix the sugar and flour really well with a wire whisk. Add whole eggs, yolks and melted chocolate. Beat until well blended. Like lava, allow batter to flow evenly into prepared custard cups.
- Bake for 14 to 15 minutes until cakes are firm around the edges but still soft in the centers. Let cool for 1 minute.
- With a small knife (and a parent’s help) loosen the cakes by running the knife around the edges of the tins.
- Carefully turn over the cakes onto dessert plates. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm and watch the lava flow!
*In case of volcanic eruptions, be sure to have some napkins ready.
NINJA MASK!
You Will Need
A parent or guardian
A large black T-Shirt
Scissors
Chalk
Instructions
- With your parent’s permission, find a large black t-shirt to cut up.
- Have a parent help you cut a strip of the black fabric. It should be long enough to wrap around the top of your head twice. You’ll also want to make sure it’s wide enough to cover from your eyebrows to the middle of your nose.
- Use your chalk to trace eye holes onto the middle of the fabric strip.
- Again, have your parent help cut around the chalk lines to make the eye holes.
- Try it out! Put it on, then have a friend help you tie it at the back.
NINJA NOWHERE!
You Will Need
A location with lots of good hiding places
3 or more players
How to Play
- Choose a player to play ‘Sensei’. The other players are ninjas. They should stand and place their hand on the Sensei’s shoulder. When the ‘Sensei’ closes his/her eyes and begins to count down from 10, the other players have to run and find a hiding place.
- The Sensei should count down to zero and turn in any direction (eyes still closed) and take three steps. The Sensei can now open his/her eyes and try to spot any hidden ninjas. All ninjas spotted right away must sit out the remaining rounds.
- The game continues (with remaining players coming in to touch the Sense’s shoulder before heading out), but this time the Sensei counts down from 9 before trying to spot ninjas. If the Sensei cannot find any ninjas, all ninjas must come in and start again with the Sensei counting from 8.
- If 10 seconds is not enough time for players to hide, the Sensei can start at 15 and count down just the same. Last player to be spotted wins and becomes the new Sensei.
