Stamp Book FUN Activities in Club Penguin :)

Time for some Offline Club Penguin FUN :)

RECIPES :)

Stamp Cookies!

You Will Need

A large bowl
Two small bowls
A whisk
Baking Tray

Ingredients

Cookies:
2-3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of softened butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vanilla Icing:
3 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 cups icing sugar
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Toppings:
Candy
Sprinkles

You’ve been showing off your skills all over the island with your stamps – now it’s time to show off your cooking skills at home!

This month we challenge you to try the recipe below – or create something you’ve always wanted to make in the kitchen.

* Make sure your parent or guardian helps you with these.

Directions

Cookies:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees F/190 degrees C.
2. Mix together flour, baking soda, and baking powder in small bowl.
3. Stir butter and sugar together in the big bowl.
4. Gently whisk in the vanilla and an egg.
5. Pour the dry ingredients from small bowl into large bowl.
6. Roll the dough and cut with a knife to make stamp shapes.
7. Place the stamp cookies onto a baking tray.
8. Bake until golden.
9. Design the cookies with icing and candy to make them look like stamps.

Vanilla Icing:

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Beat with a whisk until thick.
3. Spread over your cookies.
4. Add toppings and let the icing dry.

ARTS AND CRAFTS :)

Stamp Book and Stamps

You will Need

Four sheets of construction paper
Scissors
Felts, pencils, and crayons
Hole punch
String or ribbon
Stamp Book cover printout
Stamps page printout

Create a Stamp Book and keep track of the skills you showed off in Outdoor Activities! Compete with friends, and award stamps to everyone that finishes each task.

Directions

Stamp Book
1. Print out the Stamp Book cover template page
2. Carefully cut out the Stamp Book templates.
3. Glue the covers onto a piece of construction paper, then cut them out.
4. Use the cover to cut out as many pages as you want in your Stamp Book.
5. Stack all the pages, then use the hole punch to put 2 holes in one end.
6. Tie all the pages together using string or ribbon.
7. Add names or titles to each page of your Stamp Book.

8. Design the covers of your Stamp Book using felts, pencils, and crayons. Make sure to use some stamps.

Stamps
1. Print out the stamps page.
2. Using felts, pencils, and crayons, design them any way you want.
3. Try creating specific stamp – design one for your recipe.
4. Carefully cut out the stamps.
5. Use your stamps to decorate your Stamp Book.
6. Put stamps in your Stamp Book every time you learn a new skill.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES :)

Skill Challenge

You Will Need

Family and friends (divide into teams of 2 or more)
Lots of creativity
Any props that you need for your tasks

* Make sure your parent or guardian helps you with these!

Show off your skills by completing different goals. Gather your friends and family, create some tasks, and see who can complete them first.

Make sure to bring a camera and a container to keep track of the goals you’ve completed!

Directions

1. Take turns making up interesting tasks to complete.
2. Write them out and agree on a time limit for each one.
3. Each team will then try to complete as many of the tasks as they can.

Here are a few examples:

• Build a giant sandcastle
• Go surfing
• Win a wheelbarrow race
• Do a 10-second handstand
• Spot five different types of animals
• Don’t blink for twenty seconds
• Collect four items: 1 x circle, 1 x square, 1 x oval, 1 x triangle
• Hop on one foot for one minute
• Spot ten red cars
• Collect 8 different bugs

Each person that completes a task is awarded a stamp that you made in Arts and Crafts!
