UPDATE From Club Penguin: The team may have found a fix for the login issue! Before they can launch the fix, they need to squash some big bugs with the new puffle features. I'll keep you posted as soon I've found out more!

UPDATE From Club Penguin: The team just squashed that pesky login bug! Next, the team is fixing a bug that's causing some of you to get disconnected while caring for your puffles. I'll have another update for you about it tomorrow on the blog.

FACT UPDATE: March 3, 2011 I got the login problem bug and March 8, 2011 Club Penguin posted that the pesky login bug is squashed but that was NOT TRUE! And Today March 13, 2011 the login bug is STILL not solved! BUT Club Penguin doesn't seem to care at ALL!

Yellow Cape BUG!

If you have a Yellow Cape on your Penguin it will not show correctly on the Player card…

…this is how all other capes looks like on the Player Card :)

I had Finally managed to login to Club Penguin and was talking to Sensei in the Water Dojo when my Spy Phone indicated that I got a New Message! Club Penguin’s Login Problem Still not Solved!

Now it is more than 45 hour Disney Club Penguin started to have the login problem See Club Penguin is DOWN! BUG!

Here is the email I sent to Club Penguin it took them over 40 hours to reply so during that time I resent the email 8 times while waiting for an answer:

Hi
I still can't login to CP! I have cleared the Cache and reinstalled the Flash Player and I STILL can’t login to Club Penguin! And I have tried different Browsers! I have No Problem at all to play other Online Games so this Bug is on Club Penguins end!

Finally I got an answer from Club Penguin:

Dear Saraapril,
We appreciate that you have taken the time to email us to let us know about the problems you have been having with Club Penguin, we would be glad to help you. The issue you are describing with the blue screen loading sounds as though you need to clear your web cache. To clear your internet cache, please follow the steps for your web browser located at this link:
http://support.clubpenguin.com/help/technical/clear_my_cache.htm
Once finished clearing your web cache, please completely close your web browser to be sure all of the old files are removed, and then open your browser again to visit Club Penguin. If Club Penguin works then no further action needs to be taken.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

Club Penguin Login Problem Still Not Solved!

More than 25 hours have passed and Club Penguin has still not solved the problem many have to login to play Club Penguin Club Penguin is DOWN! BUG!

These steps does NOT solve the problem: clear the Cache, reinstall the Flash Player, trying different Web Browsers, restart computer and so on…

One of the problems are that Club Penguin’s many Web servers that are used for load balancing are not synchronized and on some of these servers there are one or more faulty or old files making it impossible to login!

That is the reason why it sometimes works to login to Club Penguin and sometimes not because when you try to login you don’t end up at the same physical server every time!

Club Penguin really need to solve the problem with unsynchronized servers! This is also a reason why sometimes the face paints work and sometimes not Blue and Red Face paint Glitch! We had the same problem during the Holiday Igloo Contest and this has been a problem for more than a year without CP solving it! Club Penguin website Server Problems!

This is a huge problem and Club Penguin should inform all users about the status both on their Blog and on the Home page and then they should make sure to solve this before they release any new Features!

Dear Club Penguin it is about time to address this issue this will NOT go away by itself! It is Good that you are adding new features to the online Game but first you must Ensure that the Basics work and if you want children to keep playing Club Penguin it is necessary that you make sure that we can login!

If CP doesn’t start to take this and other bug problems seriously and actually fix them they will loose lots of members me included!

A Picture will be added here next time I can login to Club Penguin…Don’t hold your Breath!

UPDATE: I could Login to Club Penguin and take this Photo Then I logged off and Tried to Login again but I couldn't! Sigh…No comment…
