I like PSA much MORE than EPF as I think that after the FUN and clever Penguin Secret Agency was destroyed (Mission 11 Veggie Villain) Club Penguin has become more military and the game more WAR related! And with that Not so much fun anymore as I love PEACE and miss the SMART ways PSA handled Problems! These days the Agency is more about Shoot and Destroy than using our brain to find intelligent, smart and inventive solutions to Problems and I think that is so SAD!
