Earth Day Event 2012 Tour Guide :)

The Environment Friendly Celebrate Earth Day Party 2012 is HERE on Club Penguin Island and I am so HAPPY for that :) WELCOME to a Guided Tour of this Earth Friendly Event :) Here we are in the Town Center We're currently celebrating Earth Day so take a waddle through the icy gate to check out an amazing wildlife habitat! But before you do that make sure to pick up a FREE Safari Helmet :)

…The Snow Forts that has been transformed to a Wonderful Place :) Here we have a wildlife habitat This place is the perfect home for many different animals including lions and snow leopards and painted dogs oh my! If you are a Club Penguin Member and like my Lion Costume or wish to buy another Animal Costume you will find them in the Catalog here :) Click on the paper in the right lower corner OR on the Billboard in the Tree house :) Animal Costumes :)

ANIMALS WE'RE HELPING
The coins you gave last December to Coins For Change are helping animals around the world. Click their pictures above to learn more about them! That is a GREAT Idea! Let’s do that :)

African Painted Dog: Painted dogs are very social animals that live in packs, and will greet one another every day. They care for injured family members—a sure sign of strong emotional connections.

Saiga Antelope: The Saiga's flexible nose helps it breath clean air during the dusty summer, and warm air in the winter.

Andean Cat: The Andean cat's unusually long tail helps it keep balance on rocky cliffs. Today, only about 2,500 remain in the wild.

Snow Leopard: These rare cats have wide paws for walking on snow, and can leap up to 30 feet. They are the only large cat that does not roar.

Cotton Top Tamarin: These are one of the smallest primates in the world—about the size of a squirrel. They only live in Colombia and are threatened by both deforestation and the illegal pet trade.

Lion: Lions are the only cats that live in family groups, called prides. They can sleep up to 20 hours a day, but are powerful hunters when awake.

Rockhopper penguin: Rockhopper penguins prefer to bound around on land, rather than waddle. They often burst from the water and land on the rocks with a belly flop.

Black footed penguin: Black footed penguins are fast swimmers. They can travel up to 300 kilometers round-trip for a single meal.

Megellanic penguin: Megellanic penguins are the largestwarm-weather penguins on Earth.They nest in burrows, under bushes or in scrapes in South America. Penguin name BUG!

Tapir: The tapir's flexible trunk can grasp objects, just like an elephant's, though they are more closely related to the rhinoceros.

Club Penguin Bugs and Details!

The Earth Day Event 2012 is here and so are some BUGS! When you open this Board at the Snow Forest you will find that the Down Arrow doesn't work…BUG! When the Party just was released I also got the Tapir info when I clicked on the African Painted Dog…

…Just as in the Wilderness Den Igloo there are GREY Plants at the Snow Forts! BUG!

…It can be hard to leave the Snow Forts and waddle to the Plaza if you just follow the Arrow! To waddle from this room you need to stand on the Dirt Path instead...This arrow is confusing so I will call this a Sign at the wrong place BUG!

…From the Beacon we can see that Rockhopper is leaving Club Penguin Island…Oops! This Picture has been added today by mistake…BUG! UPDATE: May 2, 2012 The Migrator Bug is now Fixed!

…Club Penguin made a typo! They spelled the Magellanic Penguin with an e both on the Special info sign and in the Club Penguin Times!Thanks Wboys14 for telling me about this BUG :)
